This dunkin needs a sign out front, it’s in the plaza but very hard to find. Wound up eating empire bagels because we could not find the dunkin.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, the cashier was being very rude and nasty to his coworker. His coworker asked him one question and he raised his voice as this man and got annoyed. I went up to place my order, he gave me an attitude and started slamming stuff. I watched him make my sandwich and he was only wearing 1 HAND GLOVE on, which he grab the items to make my sandwich without a glove. I then saw he left my cheese just hanging out. I asked him if that was the cheese he was going to use for my sandwich turned around and said “YEAH IS THERE A PROBLEM WITH THAT” very nasty. I am 8 months pregnant, all I want was something to eat. Never coming back! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Service was ok. Most notable was the mess at the coffee area near the entryway.Garbage was overflowing on the counter area. Aside from that the doughnut were stale. I ordered 2 plain stick type doughnuts. My wife ordered a jelly doughnut and cream doughnut also stale. The only thing good was the coffee. My advice is to avoid this location.

Hello so I come here because it’s the closest to my place of work andAlmost every time the coffee is either not correct to my order which I order in store. Or it taste off like old coffee. Not exaggerating. But today I went and ordered a Carmel ice coffee with cream and the guy either definitely forgot the Carmel or it was because the ticket says 1 pump and I’m sure you are supposed to put 2 in a medium . So I added a ton of sugar just to make it taste worthy of having . Training the employees needs to improve and be better and the place looks very blah and run down not clean and brute and inviting. Thank you.

Food wasn't even cooked, soggy bread that wasn't even toasted. Food slapped together without regard. Service was unpleasant.

The food looks like it has been sitting for a week. Not fresh at all. Staff too busy on their phones. Order a strawberry coolata and absolutely disgusting. Train your staff to be better and actually make the drinks the proper way. This location is always a problem

I’d like to contact the owner or manager. There’s a certain worker who persistently locks the door an hour early when he’s scheduled to close. I work at the school down the road and come for the same drink at 6pm 5 times out of the week. When the other kids close they stay open till 7pm. However when this particular worker closes it’s always and every time an hour early. Not cool.
I purchased an ice coffee recently. Not only did they make it wrong. It had the worst taste ever. Later that night I through up several times.

It’s a very small store, there’s usually only one employee, often a local teen or something. I tend to only go during the day, and get a frozen drink and/or donut, so I’ve never had any issues, service has been good too. Though it doesn’t seem like the nicest Dunkin around, it does the job. If you’re really picky about this kind of thing or something goes wrong, you can always walk further down to the grocery or bagel store.

I don't tend to write reviews, especially on a Dunkin' where you would expect sort of the same food/service at most locations but the terrible experience warranted a review. An order of a sourdough breakfast sandwich turned out to be two abysmal pieces of bread with a slice of cheese between. The iced coffee was weak and just simply terrible to taste. After paying, leaving and realizing the above, I binned the order and went to the bagel shop a few doors down. I strongly suggest people avoid this Dunkin' location

The store was empty and I waited about 7 mins for some one to come help me while the 2 employees ignored me I asked for their attention, after i ordered the food the person working gives me my drink and no sandwich when I asked for sandwich the you g men making the sandwich gives me an attitude because he forgot to make it .
