I don’t normally write reviews but can’t help but support these guys seeing all these negative, outdated reviews. these bagels are awesome, some of the best we’ve found in the area. it’s a no frills establishment but the product is good and the guys behind the counter are kind and friendly. I don’t know how folks are talking about bad service. they are always so good to me and my children. cream cheese is fresh and pumpernickel everything bagels are ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Over 5 dollars for a bagel with veggie cream cheese. Price gouging and will no longer buy anything from them, complete and utter ripoff. Staff is also a joke. You ask them over the phone (say scrambled eggs for your BEC) the person who answers it just ignores half of what you say and messes the order up. I do not think I have ever gotten an addition to an order correct.

I’ve been coming here for a while and This business is an absolute joke. They’re extremely rude. It’s a bunch of young guys that have no work ethic and take their jobs has a joke. I’ve ignored it thinking things will get better and instead have gotten worse. Go to Cameron’s deli instead.

Place has amazing food and bagels but I’ve came here 6 times and 5 out of the 6 times they have messed up my order i recommend you write your order down instead of asking in person

Food is great, but they constantly mess up our orders. When I called to tell them the order was wrong, the guy who answered the phone told us to stop ordering from them instead of fixing the issue. My company has spent a lot of money here because we enjoyed the food but after the rudeness today we will never order again. Get better employees who know how to talk to customers.

They close 15 minutes early frequently, and will not let you in.
It says on the door they open at 5:30am and the website says 6am. I’m here at 5:50 am and there’s absolutely no one her. Very upsetting as I have to be at work at 5:45am, I’ve wasted my time coming here, and I’m hungry.

Well let’s begin with every morning for the past week I stop in their to grab quick bagel and ice coffee theirs no bagels. I’m their from 630-7am everyday and theirs has not been any bagels on the rack. The workers tell me it’s getting worse and worse and I’m not the only one who’s a regular their that has been not able to get any food. They tell us to call the owner in Carmel or Yorktown but what’s that going to do. I’m sure he already knows but your going to loose a lot of people just b/c your company can’t get the product out in time.
