Idk how this place has 4.2 the staff was so attentive and the bagel was perfect. I got an extra toasted jalapeño cream cheese bagel and it was SO good. He made sure it was extra toasted which I appreciate. Coming from Manhattan, this is better than most
This shop has the best bagels in this area, always a wide selection from the egg everything, the rainbow, or just a regular sesame seed bagel. They make pretty decent sandwiches. Customer Service always A1 very good spot.
The best bagels around!
Love this place for my breakfast bagel sandwich and coffee.
I think the food is fine, but the customer service is terrible. In the years we’ve been going there, rarely does any staff member say thanks. Until now I’ve ignored their very obvious lack of appreciation towards customers, but today was the last straw. The woman who helped me was so rude that I decided I’m done with them.
I am sure the food is good, but I will pray that new owners will take over this bagel place because I can't stand the owners who run this place and I pray for bad things upon this bagel place

Guy at the register had an attitude and then purposely messed up my order. Not worth going in when there are plenty of other great places in the area.
been going here for over 10 years 🥲 nothing like getting a hash brown and ketchup on a toasted bagel and sitting by the waterfront
The entire bagel is, at best, mediocre and that’s at best.
They are very chewy in all the wrong ways, I would say under baked? It also appears shrinkflation has happened with bagels as they’re now quite small and sub par. Realistically, the bagels from the rack at foodtown in Croton are better.

Best bagels. Flavor, chewiness, with a flawless sheen. Truly 12 out of 10 best bread circles around.

Everytime I come here I’m annoyed. I don’t know why I keep going.
A simple plain bagel with light veggie cream cheese I asked for. I got enough cream cheese for at least 3 bagels. I bit into it and it all slopped onto my plate. So sloppy. The girl that took my order was taking another lady order and she was rolling her eyes and giggling. So frustrated.

I think this may be the best bagels I have ever tasted. The second time I went my mouth was watering for these delicious bagels.

Best Bagels in Town!
I can't say enough good things about this bagel shop! The bagels are always fresh, perfectly chewy on the inside, and crispy on the outside. The variety of flavors and toppings is fantastic, with something for everyone. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel right at home. I especially love their signature cream cheese spreads — they're the perfect complement to any bagel. Whether you're grabbing breakfast on the go or sitting down to enjoy a relaxed morning, this spot never disappoints. Highly recommend it to anyone who loves a great bagel!

they actually don't deserve any stars!
after waiting on a long line today, i was treated rudely by Trish, the so called manager, who flat out refused to give her name, said they're not going to wait on me, and were happy that i decided to walk out, all because i was not pleased that a customer behind me was waited on before me. when i voiced my disapproval over being skipped over on the line, Trish and others were making it about me, that somehow it was my fault, rather than taking the blame and giving proper customer service. i proceeded to give my order to a worker who doesn't seem to understand english well and was getting the order wrong. Trish chimed in, again, telling me that maybe she didn't hear me, which was not the case. Trish refused to wait on me (she actually said they're not going to wait on me.) Trish is a very nasty, unprofessional, rude person, who knows nothing about customer service. so, i did walk out! they also don't answer their phone if you want to call ahead. if you want a good breakfast or lunch sandwich, go to the mini deli, instead.
