Asagao Sushi Reviews
The place was very accommodating to our group. They were extremely friendly. Food was AMAZING. My son said it tasted better than restaurants in Japan he’s visited. Prices were very reasonable. Despite the fact that I hate brown rice, their brown rice was very delicious. I will go back regularly. Thank you for a great service.
I agree with other ratings: this is an absolute Hidden Gem! Some of the best sushi I have tried. The atmosphere is polite, friendly and welcoming to all ages. The staff clearly care. Service is great. We have been there to linger and enjoy a quiet meal on date nights and we have brought the little ones in our family and were able to be served quickly and with care to get them home to bed.
Always love our go to take out order from asago!

Asagao Sushi in Westchester is a gem that offers the best sushi and ramen, surpassing even options in New York City. The master chef and staff are friendly and dedicated, providing plentiful and delicious lunch specials. The sushi is fresh, with generous portions, authentic miso soup, and freshly grated wasabi. The head Chef curates a flavorful journey for diners, leaving them impressed with the quality and size of the dishes.
Customers appreciate the warm greetings and excellent service, making Asagao a must-visit spot for sushi lovers. The sushi is creative, with many different toppings in each dish, and the salmon is prepared with a soft, chewable texture. The restaurant has a warm atmosphere, and the sushi chefs are skilled, though they could improve on rinsing their hands after handling shellfish to accommodate allergies.
