So this morning was my 3rd visit and on all 3 visits they either game me the wrong ingredients to my iced coffee or they forgot about my order and took way to long for just an iced coffee, they need to get more organized and maybe more staff.

Jerry was a 10/10! Provided me awesome customer service. I dropped my iced coffee and ask him if he can just add whip cream and Carmel. He instantly reacted and made me an entire new coffee! 10/10 employee!

Worst staff. Very rude and un professional. Would never go there again. Waited more than 15 minutes for my mobile order and when I went to pickup I was told very rudely that I have to wait. Staff is just standing around and doing nothing. Waited another few minutes in the store and order still not ready when I asked and explained that I have to catch a train, I was rudely told that it's ok if I miss my train. I requested to give me un toasted croissant if a toasted croissant is the reason that my order is being delayed, the lady completely refused to do that. So I ended up leaving the store without picking up my order as I had to catch the train.

I ordered for large iced latte and 2 boston creme donut. It was 9.51$. I drove off and then I checked the bag, only 1 donut inside the bag. The store was not busy, there were only 2 customer on their table. I hope next time the crew will be more diligent to customers.

I visit this Dunkin' location pretty often, so I am not so sure why I have not written a review about this location yet. I will keep it short. Pros: The service here is fast. I order my coffee and I typically get my order within seconds. The workers here are pretty quick in getting customers in and out, which is exactly what we like when we are rushing to work in the mornings. Con: The coffee here can be hit or miss, depending on the day. There are some days when my coffee tastes more watery than what I would like. Will I be coming back to this location? Most definitely. This is one of those locations where I just want my caffeine fix quickly before hitting the road.

9/10 times my coffee order is wrong. All I ask is for a coffee with extra mocha. Not very complicated. I always get a coffee with either no mocha or almost none. Ive been ordering online from this Dunkin for almost two years and haven’t complained (which I should have ..) but I have worked at a Dunkin and when you order online it shows you exactly how the person wants the coffee. I just don’t understand.
