Stopped here around 3:30p.m. late December, early January 2023 for a late lunch/early dinner. We were the only ones there at that point. Food arrived on the cold side (my friend ordered a pasta and fish dish), and they had to take it back to be warmed. We had a glass of wine each with full entrees. I believe I had fettuccini alfredo? (dish wasn't memorable). What WAS most memorable of this dining experience, however, was after receiving the bill. I saw that I was charged $9.25 (or $9.50) for a cappuccino! I had thought this was an error, therefore I questioned it, and then was told that was the price. I said that was ridiculous and was told I could speak to the owner, and he then confirmed the price. I said I've never seen that kind of price in any eating establishment, including NYC, for a cappuccino. He responded with how much things have gone up, etc. Considering he knew we already had to have food sent back to be reheated, nor were there any prices indicated on the menu for cappuccinos (Hmmmm), I felt he could've handled this differently and at least given the coffee complimentary. Instead, we paid the bill and will not be returning.

Good food. And conveniently located to the The Great Jack O Lantern Pumpkin Blaze. Reservations strongly recommended. When crowded service can be slow, but food is delicious and worth the wait.

Just dined here. Food is ok and decent sized portions but you are very rushed. Literally they had just brought out huge bowls of soup and the entree was a minute behind. Everything is a bit overpriced but Cappuccino is very expensive at $9.75. We ordered 2 bottles of wine of their selection but they don't have a wine list. our bad- we didn't ask the price and on bill was $75 a bottle. You would have expected them to maybe mention that - I mean this is a pizza place not fine dining. The ambiance of the place is ok but again not fine dining. Be careful of parking - it's a little confusing but there is an unpaved lot across the street but it's very dark. We won't be back.

We arrived with a group of hungry and tired photographers after a 2.5 hrs photo walk in a nearby state park. The friendly staff was able to accommodate us and we had large plates of delicious Italian food. One suggestion. After seven miles of walking in the sun, we like pitchers of water on the table which we were not able to get. I understand that the business wants to sell beverages. I will tip generously for water. Other than that an excellent experience.

The owner is one of the angriest meanest people I’ve ever met. The food was fine and the waitress was nice, but supporting a literal DEMON will be a no from me. I don’t need to pay extra to be abused. I recommend the Olive Garden over this cause at least you’re family there. The owner adds random fees to the bill and they all say “open container”, if you ask him about these fees he will come into the dining room and scream at you in front of all the diners. Other reviews confirm that this is not unusual.

We were a party of 4 including a baby who didn't eat anything. We ordered a pizza, a fried calamari, a lobster bisque and a seafood paella. I then stopped and asked the waiter if it's too much. He didn't respond and kept staring at me so I ordered a seafood pasta in case. The paella and pasta were very big. Even the paella itself could feed at least 2. I was disappointed that he didn't give any feedback and probably let us over order deliberately. The pizza was great but everything else was very very salty. We were charged $20 for 2 lattes which was very expensive in my opinion. The coffee was mediocre. You should also ask prices on the Plats du jour menu. No price was listed so I assumed they were comparable to other entrees on the menu but they were not. Our entrees were $40 and $45. I didn't feel comfortable dining here because of the staff's attitude. I felt a little bit threatened in some way. Maybe pizza take out is a better option at this restaurant.

Visited last week- food was great as well as service. Beware Extra bread is $5 and no free refills

Food was amazing, everything we ate was soooo good. The food was way overpriced, and service was not great. We sat outside which was not very desirable. Other than that I enjoyed the food so much, I would definitely return.

If you like to be abused while you eat this is the place for you! The owner is a very angry mean guy who threw the pen at me to sign my receipt. The server was sweet and nice and I hope she finds another job and this place tanks. Worst experience ever.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Been here a few times and the food is always good. The owner on the other hand shouldn't own a business. I was charged $10 for a plain glass of seltzer and $5 for a kids cup of milk!!! When I questioned it he became rude and nasty and could care less. He was going to give me $5 back in DIMES! I told him to just adjust the bill and he said he didn't have time. Umm? I work in a restaurant and it literally takes 3 seconds to do. So I stood there waiting and finally he adjusted the bill asking me if I was happy. He literally does not know how to run a restaurant or how to deal with people. Never again!

Food at this place is amazing. I went one time with a friend for dinner and me and my wife can't get enough of it. If you get a chance to meet the owner it's must he's one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. I wish I could give it more stars!!!!!!!!

This was our second time visiting this restaurant, we found it last year when we came to the area from Connecticut for the Great Jack O'Lantern Blaze (which is right down the street). We enjoyed the food so much, we came back this year. Our party of 3 ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. The eggplant rollatini (an appetizer as a meal) and the lasagna. Everything was excellent! We were stuffed and did not order dessert but I'm sure they would have been delicious too. Our server was friendly and attentive. The only downside to our meal was the beverages-the I sweetened iced tea is not great, and the lemonade is awful (has that "cleaning fluid" taste). Otherwise another great meal! If you are coming during the Blaze, make a reservation! We were there on a Sunday night and saw lots of people being turned away. It's a small space. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the area.

If you are going to the Great Pumpkin Blaze, you MUST eat at EATalia. This was our second time having our pre-Blaze dinner at EATalia and, once again, they did not disappoint. Friendly staff and owner, knowledgeable about their menu, great wine selection - we had a Malbec, Cabernet and Montepulciano. The garlic knots are large and tasty! We chose the thai chili calamari and Mediterranean Salad for appetizers. Both were very good and the calamari had just the right "kick". The cavatelli with broccoli rabe and sausage, lobster with spaghetti and the steak pizzaiola were great selections and very well done! The portion sizes could be shareable for sure. I had the steak pizzaiola which was tender and cooked exactly as I had asked. The zeppole were soft and warm and covered in powered sugar. They were so tasty, I passed on the side of nutella. We all agreed that we would not be waiting until Blaze 2023 to visit this restaurant. We loved it!

Liked the ambiance of this cute little place, and we were seated promptly. We asked the waitress what was their specialty, and she couldn't name one. Asked her what was in a particular dish, and she had no idea and just said it was good. She didn't know what meals came with sides. We ordered, and received our meals. Both chicken dishes were just ok. The prices were very high for what you recieved. We ordered 4 meals and 1 diet coke. Bill was $145. Wouldn't go back. Just underwhelming.

This restaurant was a favorite of our family's for 4 years. We would drive an hour out of the way to make sure we got to eat here. We visited this weekend, and were so disappointed that the place is under new ownership and has gone down hill. We were charged $3 each for kid water cups (2 of them), and we witnessed our server being verbally abused by the owner. The owner yelled at our table because one member of our party had an allergy (egg). By the time we received the check, the owner had been so disrespectful to our family that one member tried to deescalate. He proceeded to scream that we were the problem, and then loudly marched around the tables in the dining room, loudly asking if they were having a good time. We left disheartened that such a formerly wonderful establishment was ruined by the new owner, Sammy September. He purchase the place recently- let's hope his tenure is short-lived and it's back to the old spot we loved soon.
