Hidden gem within a residential neighborhood. Presentation and taste of food was great. We enjoyed being surrounded by the art and bright colors. We plan to be regulars.
Delicious tacos!
This was our second time coming here as a family, and I almost never write reviews, but this place is such a gem that I wanted to spread the word. The food is spectacular, especially the birria tacos. Everything we’ve tried has tasted incredibly fresh and authentic, and the staff are always attentive, welcoming, and kind.

La Catrina of Westchester offers a unique dining experience with its "day of the dead" decor and great ambiance. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The food is delicious, with standout dishes including the Guajillo rub chicken, duck tacos, mole enchiladas, and chocolate lava cake. The big Parrillada for 2 is an amazing dish and an amazing value, a good way to have a little bit of everything. Portions were nothing to complain about. The mole sauce was perfect and all the meat was so flavorful. While some may find the prices a bit high, many customers agree that the quality of the food justifies the cost and the prices were very reasonable. The restaurant also offers a selection of flavorful drinks, such as the passionfruit mojitos, and the drinks were all solidly good. La Catrina of Westchester is a great spot for those seeking a memorable and delicious meal.
