Went in last week for the first time to get three tacos, two of their Al pastor and one beef. When I got home, I got two beef and one Al pastor. Though at first I was disappointed, but I let it go. But however, all three tacos were covered with lettuce and tomatoes, especially the al pastor taco, which should have lettuce and tomatoes on it. When I had all three tacos, all I tasted was the lettuce and tomatoes. I wanted to give this place a shot, but I was not satisfied with the food quality. The service was stellar though.

One of our go-to take out places in town. Food is consistently good and it’s always worth looking at the seasonal specials like the Mahi mahi tacos. The owner is super nice and friendly. The black bean soup with chorizo and avocado is yummy.Don’t be influenced by negative reviews from people expecting chipotle prices and portions. The food here is fresher and tastes better!

I'm a bit baffled by some of these reviews. We live in the area and eat here frequently, and have never had any complaints. The food is fresh and tasty (the signature salsa in particular is a yummy, smokey sauce and the soups are very flavorful), and the woman who runs the place is always friendly and pleasant. I would not call the portions small at all - they are not hugely overwhelming like if you go to Chipotle , but they are more than enough to fill an adult. And the prices are perfectly reasonable, particularly given the area.

Bought a burrito. It was good but SMALL AND EXPENSIVE. There are other places around the area to get more bang for your

Service was good. I typically don’t write reviews but I’m actually pissed right now. Found a strain of hair in my “chicken bowl”. I barely had any rice and majority of it was lettuce. I spent $18 for the bowl and drink, just to have the Jarritos soda be the highlight. Too overpriced for something like this. So angry right now, I’m not even full from the plate.

Satisfied my craving for mexican food. There are several custom options to cater your meal to your taste. Was quick and easy for lunch. Service was quick and the staff were very nice. It's more catered to take-out than dine-in, but has a couple of high bar chairs along the windows with several hot sauce options lined up. Definitely going back there!

The food is decent, but lets be honest, it's hard to fuck up mexican food. The prices are outrageous. Warning, you order something in plural like sopes or tacos, and you get ONE for the price of 3! What a deal! Never ordering from here again. Not worth it. The food doesn't justify the price, and the preditory menu makes you think you're getting more than you are. The service was ok, but its a strictly to go place, so its not really a consideration. The ambiance is also nothing to write home about.

Good food, terrible service. I've been going here for years and can count on one hand the number of times my order was correct. The salsa is never correct and usually missing and often an entire meal is missing.

Takeout only so no real atmosphere, but the food is fabulous and the service is friendly and fast.Kid-friendliness: They were willing to make chicken tacos for our kids that used flour tortillas instead of corn tortillas. The kids love them!

I absolutely love this place! I've tried everything on the menu. The black bean soup and the burrito are personal favorites.

I ordered a vegetarian burrito and it is the same price as a meat one. It is mostly white rice and very little beans, with a drop of guacamole and sour cream. The prices are way too expensive. I even tried to go during their lunch special, and they give you a smaller burrito. If you ask for one extra salsa on the side, your bill goes up by $2. Not worth it - go to salsa fresca for better quality food for a better price.

2 burritos came to $30. We ordered 1 steak burrito and 1 chicken burrito. They gave us beef and chicken. The burrito was full of rice and lettuce but barely any meat. Overpriced and pathetic portions. Will not be back. Do not bother trying it out, not worth it. I wish I listened to the other reviews.

The chicken tinga is delicious! I’ve been coming here for years and there’s nothing better than that chicken. I also recommend getting arepas they are perfectly sweet because of the corn flavor and pair very well with the chicken and pico de gallo. The chicken is pulled so occasionally there will be some bones but I haven’t encountered one in years. My only complaint is how hot it gets in the restaurant in the summer. Seriously like a sauna. Amazing food and genuinely my favorite restaurant nearby.
