The Ember was awesome! And we also purchased a bottle of the sparkling Pinot Blanc. Their shared plates & cheeses complemented the wines also. Great vibe and cool breezes on the North Fork

The “Summer Sippers” tasting flight was a perfect seasonal selection—light, refreshing whites like the 2023 Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio paired beautifully with the richer reds.
