We love Arby's however on this trip when my husband ordered a number 7 meal he only received a sandwich and drink, when he inquired about the fries he was told by employee "oh I thought you only wanted the sandwich". I managed fast food for many years, employees need to pay attention to their job/customers!! If you work the job then do the job. Stopped there yesterday,Aug.4th. There was a bus group that were there. The employees handled it with smiles on the faces,got them all thru very fast.
The food is always great,hot and fresh. Love ringing the bell to let them know they did a great job.
