Dunkin' Donuts Reviews
Worlds worst DD. Today stopped in went inside due to the long (always) drive thru. Stood in line with a filled dine in area. We weren’t taken care of after 15 minutes and not one person served we left with many others. Needs a new manager or if not the owner. Five employees And nothing moved. Worked at DD for six years at a very busy store on Dewey Avenue. On a bad day 3 could handle it. These five stood in their area and some doing nothing and nobody moved. I believe...read full review
Every time I have been there, my order has been incorrect. Most recently, this afternoon I went through the drive-thru ordered a latte. I had asked for no additional sweetener and light gingerbread syrup, and instead I got double the sweetener and gingerbread syrup and it's not even remotely drinkable. I had also asked for an order of 10 munchkins, and although I was not charged for them, I also did not get them. I waited for several minutes with a line forming behind me and was...read full review

Dunkin' is a convenient stop for a quick breakfast or coffee, located right off the expressway. The coffee is smooth, meeting expectations, and the breakfast meal for $6 is considered a great deal. The veggie egg white omelets are tasty, and the bacon egg sandwiches on bagels are satisfying. Employees do a nice job packaging orders, especially when orders are placed through the app, ensuring the coffee is made perfectly. Parking can be a bit tricky due to a small lot, but the plaza parking lot around the back offers more options. The drive-thru can complicate exiting a parking spot, as it wraps around the building. The atmosphere is okay, with chairs put away early, but the clean bathroom and fresh, hot coffee make up for it. The peanut doughnut was a highlight, generously topped with big peanut pieces. Overall, Dunkin' is a good choice for a pit stop, especially for a quick breakfast on the go or a post-race treat after an event like the Corning half marathon. The service is always friendly and prompt, making mornings brighter for customers.
