Very poorly managed McDonald's. We were traveling to NJ and stopped by to grab a quick snack but waited 10 minutes on the counter to order but there was no one there to take our order. Everyone was busy preparing orders for the drive thru customers. I asked a couple of ladies if someone will take our order and both of them said she will be there in 2 minutes but no one came. After waiting 10 minutes, we left without any food. The drive through line was also very long. I hope they will improve their service.

I've never liked this McDonald's. It's trashy. It's always gross, orders are always wrong, and the food is subpar compared to other locations. To add on to the fact, they actively shooed off that poor team. They at least had the nerve to call ahead and let staff have time to prepare. Instead, they turned them away. Absolutely rude.

This ought to be the grossest McDonalds in North America. Waiting 30min for order, that was lost, had go ask and they started fixing at that moment. Staff arguing at the back, plus slamming the food with bare hands, especially the eggs, not using utencills or anything. Touching the fridge, working surfacd than go all over the food. Gross, gross, gross... This site should be closed.

We literally order while in the parking lot and yet our food was STILL COLD and NOT RIGHT!
Food is alright but the staff is sometimes unprofessional. Update: Continued issues with prior night shift not cleaning. It's left to the morning shift who also have to get breakfast ready. Many water leaks, takes days to get resolved. Managers are useless.

The soda machine was broken and leaking all over the floor with which no one was doing anything about, and the staff are rude and are also swearing in the kitchen in the back, and they are also very, very slow. I have been inside many McDonald’s, and this one was probably the worst I’ve ever been in. 10/10 don’t recommend unless you want soda all over your shoes and to be spoken to terribly.

Sunday morning 10:20 am Order 3 meals Wait 25 min The food was about what you would expect at a mcdonalds Surprisingly, everything was warm and cooked. Hashbrowns were even warm. I'm not sure if some people called in or some other issue, but the drive-through was all the way around the building. There was no one at the counter for at least 5 min to order with.
The bathrooms were decent, considering I don't think anyone is getting to them because they are so busy.
The one working men's sink had such low pressure that the water was running back down the faucet onto the countertop
