I'm not sure if some people called in or some other issue, but the drive-through was all the way around the building. There was no one at the counter for at least 5 min to order with.
The bathrooms were decent, considering I don't think anyone is getting to them because they are so busy.
The one working men's sink had such low pressure that the water was running back down the faucet onto the countertop

Got here 10 min before close (10:49 actually), no answer at the drive thru speaker. Sat there trying to get attention from someone, nothing. I work in Geneseo anyway so if I want McDonald’s I’ll just get it while I’m there once in a while.

As a chef, I rarely find myself at McDonald’s, but while on a long drive, I decided to stop in for a quick bite. I want to give a huge shoutout to Heather, who was absolutely exceptional. The place was packed, the line was long, and not only was she running the front counter, but she was also handling fry duty — all with professionalism, speed, and a great attitude.
I could clearly see how hard she was working, harder than anyone should ever have to, and she handled it with grace and a sense of pride. Heather deserves serious recognition for her dedication and hustle. It’s people like her who make all the difference. McDonald’s — take care of her, she’s a gem!

Don’t bother using mobile order at this location. They will not start your order until you are in the store and have been waiting for 20+ minutes. I’ve never made a mobile order here and got the food in less than 40 minutes. They mark the food as “now serving” without having even started the order and then forget about it, then they will be rude to you when you mention you’ve been waiting. Managers at this location don’t give a F, they act personally offended if you bring any of this up to them. Kitchen is dirty, staff is rude

First off love that guy he gave us twelve cookies instead of 3 but don't get me started on amanda she was being mean to everyone including us she got pink hair and a bad attitude and she had bugs crawling in her hair and no hair net to everyone but the god in the drive through window 2 he gave me extra cookies I'm a big fan of that guy he deserves manager position

I regularly order from here through door dash and you can only report issues with the driver instead of the food so I’ve decided to add to this every time they mess up my food. The first time they forgot my sauce even when it was on my receipt so I just had to have dry chicken nuggets bc I didn’t have any sauce at work. Just the other night I ordered a deluxe McCrispy and it had 1 tiny slice of tomato in the middle of the sandwich.
