We had a terrific evening at Big Sky Steakhouse. My wife had the Fillet mignon cooked medium rare and I had the 14oz Ribeye and both were cooked to perfection! All our food came out hot and seasoned well. The bread was ok but expected more of a variety. Other than that it was a superb evening.
The service we received from Kirby was excellent, Shaft also did a really good job.  management came by and checked on us after the meal to make sure we were pleased. 
Our server Kirby was wonderful very friendly and professional! The food was so good! We can't wait for our next visit!
