Ordered deluxe spicy McCrispy with pickles and got a regular chicken only on bread. Everytime we go some part of the order is messed up whether missing food, nuggets that are crumby and look under cooked but over done at the same time, completely wrong food items or things as simple as putting ice in a drink that was ordered to have no ice. They need to train employees better and get them to actually read the order. Update 3/16: ordered another deluxe spicy McCrispy with pickles and got a non deluxe but it atleast had sauce and pickles this time. Getting tired of every order having an issue.

This place needs help they are supposed to be open till 11pm. Got there at 10:23 waited for over 10 minutes at the drive though no one responded. Drove up to the window two kids saw us and ignored us. So we decided to eat at taco bell and their drive though also heard people complain about the service at Mc Donald's.

great mcdonalds location with friendly staff that allowed us to customize our order when other locations have told us they wouldn't. to the individual who was taking orders on drive through and taking payments on the morning of 2/9 - you're the best! management - keep this person around if you can!!

My family and I have enjoyed McDonalds for years, over 40 years. I have managed in the food service work force for quite a few years myself and I have a pretty good understanding of it all on all levels and degrees. This location just cannot get things right for my family and I. I have let it slide, but it happens on a more and more consistent basis. Wrong food/wrong order, cheese on a no cheese request, no fries or only half the order, cold fries, unsalted or old fries( not the fries), asked when ordering the question I previously answered because the staff is not listening or paying attention or are like robots and stuck on asking the same questions( listen to the customer, very key) We were even forced to buy drinks when certain items and meals were not available from the menu but were tokd we couldn't have certain items but had tonorder a specific drink when certain drinks wanted were unavailable. Staff in the kitchen goofing off tossing fries at each other, I get it stressful and have fun at work but ...... Sitting in the back not assisting or making sure things are moving smooth. Just poor customer service on the regular. Doesn't do justice to the icon franchise that many happily grew up on.

I really love McDonalds but going to this location has been like a fever dream. Last week i witnessed a handful of workers yell at this costumer for recognizing their female supervisor and screaming at him that shes 16 and that he was violating her (meanwhile he was trying to eat his food)This was happening while I was waiting for my order for 25 minutes. Just went in today again and waited for 30 minutes for 3 items and this time i witnessed a man argue with the manager for an additional 10 minutes while he recorded the argument on his flip phone.

The only positive experience was the young kid at the first window. I waited 20 minutes in drive thru for 2 mcdoubles and 1 iced coffee. It made me late to work so I had to drive off without my coffee and the food was ridiculously cold for being hamburgers.

If you are going to have an American Flag outside your business please manage it with respect. Your American Flag sat at Half Staff well beyond Pearl Harbor Remembrance, in fact, a week! When I asked about the flag to your staff they didn’t know, or care about my concern. So, If you cannot manage a simple task of Half Staff vs. Full Staff take it down you all do not deserve the privilege.
