The manager was there and she did a really good job of making sure that our sandwiches were well wrapped and well put together. You can tell a lot about a restaurant by the bathrooms. They were really clean.

Been eating at Subway for over 20 years (Vegetarian) and all over the Country! Worst worst worst customer service ever this location Dansville N.Y 9527 Airport Plaza should be shut down ! I've been trying to find out who I can reach out to about my experience there a few days ago ! We ordered a couple Subs mine being Veggie , the girl literally barely put a pinch full of onions ( my main ingredient) I politely asked her if I could have a few more and she out right said no , 😅 the portion she gave me was insulting I usually get triple of that every single other Subway and it's considered normal! Than I thought girl was just joking but she wasn't , so I said I'll pay extras and she said sorry no way to ring it out and refused to give me more onions , but she had no problem figuring out how to bring up extra meat for my boyfriends sub ! I've never been so insulted in any dining experience in my life , and over cheap onions ! If anyone knows who I can contact to report them please let me know! I saved my receipt!

This is a trashy subway branch. Not worth stopping by. really rude employees. Sparse toppings. Stale bread. You can't bring in your own water and drink it. The sub was still cold even after toasting it.

I am very unhappy with how this location is so different from any others. They have the advertisements both on the door and inside the store for the new sidekicks (pepperoni and chicken etc ones) but they don’t ever have them and apparently won’t be getting them. So besides the false advertising they also are not honoring coupons anymore unless you place your order online. It just seems weird to me that they are a subway like Al the rest but make their own rules. The staff is friendly and the sub I did purchase was good but just upsets me that this is the only location around me and they don’t seem to have what they advertise in the store.

The Old Lady is too rude with the customers ( Not even providing enough Tissues LOL ?
We were 4 people and bought 6 subs, the staff was extremely rude, when asked for onions before lettuce i was told we can’t do that u need to get lettuce first. What if i want onions on my sub before lettuce. We didn’t get napkins so we went to ask for napkins, the lady gave us literally 3 napkins for my 6 subs and made a face like i asked her for her life. We asked for 1 water cup and they didn’t give it to us, she said since u bought 3 drinks for 4 people we can’t give you water cup so that you don’t share your drink. That is absolutely bullshit. Very shitty service, I would never recommend anyone to go there. Food was alright

Today i have visited this place I ordered the subway sandwich Italian herbal bread and jack cheese i did not get what i ordered she gave the wrong chess and also they did not have the cucumber so i asked if she can give the onion extra amd she just put only 3 pieces told to put more since they don’t have cucumber she got furious and said i am not allowed to put more.this place is ridiculous and they do t know how to welcome guests and the tomatoes was not even cut properly. The place was so dirty and staff was so lazy. Never had this bad experience.

Horrible customer service. I take a salad every day from another store and today I went to Dansville store. The server was extremely rude and tuna comes with two scoops but she put only one. I told her it comes with two and she was adamant it comes with one so I didn’t want to argue.
The order portions to every thing was so bad that my husband said “I’ll pay extra for the spinach”. He doesn’t eat lettuce so his salad was like nothing. The server is like we are not allowed. And gives the unwelcome vibe.
If you go to Dansville’s subway, you’ll feel like they are doing a favor on you. The below reviews all will second me on this.
I would advise, do not go here. Drive to the next closest hornell subway. Today I sit at Hornell Subway and write this review after thanking the associates here for being so kind ( unlike the dansville store).
