I tonight on my birthday doordashed your food. My 4 year olds meatballs on top of the salad were still frozen, all the food was cold. Dasher is not at fault because the cheese was never heated or melted on any of our meals!! I should go to the bbb and the fda over your unsafe food! Im retoasting it after waiting 20 minutes past predicted time of arrival! Dirty dansville.

I recently visited this Subway branch and was extremely disappointed with the service. Both employees I interacted with were really rude, and their behavior made the entire experience unpleasant. I ended up skipping the sauce altogether as I didn’t want to deal with their attitude. I hope Subway takes this feedback seriously and improves its customer service.

We would like to order online, but we can never get footlong through the app ONLY at this store. I put in hornell as the destination to pick up, and they have footlong available. In order to make a 6 inch, there has to be footlong. Dansville store has not been a good place since we moved here three years ago. The employees are not nice or don't pay attention to detail or even acknowledge someone is there. Instead either talking with eachother or on their phone. Bad customer service.

Went today at around 3-4 pm. Did a mobile order and when I went in to pick up, I didn't get a greeting and the one girl didn't look up from her phone. My sub didn't come with lettuce and tomatoes but I ordered them. Not happy with the service.

So disappointed by the incredibly rude service at this subway. Manger Sondra could use a lesson in communication and customer service. I asked a few questions about the kids menu and she raises her voice for no reason. Terrible - will never come back.

The manager was there and she did a really good job of making sure that our sandwiches were well wrapped and well put together. You can tell a lot about a restaurant by the bathrooms. They were really clean.
