Do not go to this location when the manager is working. If you go go in the evening. I ordered subs and trying to get the store manager to put toppings on them was pathetic. Between the deep sighs and mean looks she still refuses to put anything on the sandwich. I asked for spinach. She put 8 leaves. I was actually able to count them it was so few. When I asked for a little more I got two more leaves. I asked for jalapeños and got 6. Asked for a little more. Got three. Gotta protect that food cost bonus no matter how pathetic and unsatisfying the sandwiches are. Oh. And she wouldn't honor my coupon. Needless to say. I did not purchase anything. Throw it away. How's that for food cost.

These people there are amazing. I ordered through doordash and the subs were accurate, delicious, and just awesome. If you order through doordash, they will do you right. Thank you all for being awesome!

I’ve been an avid subway goer for years but I will not be going back to the dansville location even though it is the closest one to me. Today I ordered a salad that consists of a splash of lettuce and a few pieces of spinach and even worse each veggie I ordered the girl only placed 3 pieces of each in. For example 3 olives placed in the salad. No fault of her own she made me aware the owners have determined 3 of each veggies is the correct amount to give anyone in a salad or sub. I understand maybe not going to over board on veggies like they use to but I spent $12 on a salad I’ll still be hungry after eaten. The staff was wonder but the restrictions by the owners will put this location out of business.I did convince the nice worker to add a few more veggies thank goodness. But still overall doesn’t even fill a quarter of the bowl.

8 times in the last 3 months have been closed early. This last time they even put a sign saying they were closing at 8 and I got there at 730 they told me they were closed . Ridiculous. Terribly run store. Had some good experiences. But mainly they just do whatever they want unapologetically with no regard to customer service.

The service of this subway was the worst subway I have ever been in, they give very less veggies and charge for little amount of veggies and staff does not respect customers and argue with them.

Stopped by Subway on our way to Canada. Pretty much what you’d expect. Staff was very friendly and accommodating which you don’t experience too often at these types of “fast food” places.

employees were arguing as soon as we walked in. store has “special rules” where you can only get 3 olives slices per 6” sub and when asked for more was told this is the rules of this particular store and was given 3 more slices. Appears all vegetables have limits. Bathroom was closed even though 1hr left until closed. “ we cleaned it already and closed it”. Will take my business elsewhere.

Paid $8.52 for Veggie Delite footlong sub and it’s just bread there is hardly any veggie she put it even after requesting. I would never ever come back at this location.

Stopped by here and was met with poor customer service.One of the employees was giving us a hard time and would not allow us to have our waters in the restaurant because they were not purchased at their location. I've never heard of such a policy and no where is it written in the establishment.My wife also had a bag of chips she was just holding and was told she had to leave and put the chips in the car.The other employees were nice, but this one woman was just a very rude employee.In addition I ordered a meatball sub which had one meatball so burnt it tasted like charcoal.I typically don't like leaving low star reviews but I need to leave this here as a warning to go elsewhere unless their management changes.

The workers making our sandwiches were very pleasant and did a great job but the manager who rang us up was not at all. We purchased 5 sandwiches and went to go pay. When we got to the register the manager rudely says that I cannot eat my own chips (I was holding a bag of chips that I brought in). She was so rude about it that I thought she was joking, so I reactively smiled and chuckled nervously a little. Turns out she wasn't joking so I had to go walk out in the rain to my car and put them in there. She then tells us the reason is because subway sells chips so I cannot bring in my own. Then we sit down and start eating. My in-laws had brought in some water and as we are eating she literally tells them we also cannot have our own drinks, we then had to put those in the car too. I understand this may be a subway rule but there has to be better communication, maybe a sign or something saying no outside food or drink so that the manager doesn't need to rudely tell us. Also for some reason she wasn't able to break a $100 bill for a $43 bill which was annoying. Overall I don't recommend going to this location.

Could not honor digital coupons as the system was down! Had been down for 3 days... Owner didn't care too fix, Employee told me! Shame on you!!
