I called Sugar Bowl around 12:10 this afternoon to place a lunch order. Amy answered, took my order down after repeating it as well as took down my name AND phone number. Told me it would be a 35 minute wait due to a large order they just received. No problem, understandable!

Stopped here to see clients after a long ride from Boston and perhaps the best latte and scone I've ever had. Great service and hospitality too.
