My husband and I spent last weekend at River Spring Lodge with David’s Refuge. The entire experience was excellent! The room was clean, spacious, well decorated, cozy. We had dinner in our room. Chef Dave prepared a delicious meal in room and breakfast was outstanding. Carolyn was kind, warm, welcoming, and helpful. We especially loved Cuddles the dog! We would come back in a heartbeat!

What an amazing place! I cannot say enough. The owner was so pleasant. The Room beautiful, and the food even more impressive as our 5 courses went along! A hidden gem, and this will be our first visit but certainly not our last!!!

The owners are amazing, so nice and sweet. The fully stocked catch and release large mouth bass pond is awesome, providing much fun for guests. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Visitors praise the friendly resident puppy, and the discreet and friendly service. Every little detail shows the owners' passion, and the outstanding value makes this an absolute must-visit, whether for a peaceful stay or to watch the sunset by the lake.
