A Dunkin in Deer Park. Big spacious store that also has Baskin Robins Ice Cream. The Woman working there today on 2/6/2024 was very kind when I visited and she brewed me a fresh batch of the Dunkin Midnight Hot Coffee for my order. I like how they had wet wipes in the bathroom and it's right next to bus stops, shopping centers, and the Deer Park Tanger Outlets Mall. It's also an on tap Dunkin location so you can get Nitro Cold Brew here.

I got medium frozen coffee & 4 jelly donuts. The jelly donuts here are so much better than the location closer to me. they’re full of jelly which makes a world of difference. The atmosphere is very nice and the gentleman who has waited on me is very friendly...
