First time in the store. I ordered a small cup of decaf coffee to go. For $3.50 I expected a good cup of coffee but that is not what I got. What I got was a very bitter cup of coffee. So disappointed.

This was my first time visiting, i loved the decor but was disappointed after visiting. I did a mobile order and walked over to the pick up area to wait. The staff was not very friendly, they did not say anything to me or greet me or my husband at any point. As my husband was waiting on our order at the pick up area, our sandwich and drinks came out and they didn’t ask what we were waiting on or offer any help in giving us our order. The matcha latte was watered down and did not taste good, the New Yorker Sandwich tasted cheap and a waste of money. It was all cheese with 1 piece of bacon and egg.

This company knows what they’re doing. I called for a ceiling fan install and they gave me a quote that was better than two other places I contacted. The job was done the next day. Quick, clean, and no surprises on the bill. That’s how it should be.

I was visiting from Georgia and heard rave reviews and wanted to try. I was sold raw bacon and was a millisecond close to feeding my toddler.Thankfully I noticed. Not a good look Gregory, is the bacon microwaved? This does not look cooked properly. This is unsafe. We must do better.
