Los Andes Deer Park is a small Peruvian restaurant with big bright colors and an amazing atmosphere. The atmosphere is great with perfect lighting and several TVs displaying videos of Peru and the Andes Mountains. The food is amazing and top notch. The Rotisserie Chicken is really good, and the ceviche is on point. The food is mouthwatering and absolutely delicious, with authentic Peruvian food. The best jalea (fried seafood) and lomo saltado (sautéed steak tibits) in Long Island are found here. The jalea, Peruvian paella, and lomo saltado a lo pobre are some favorite dishes. The steak is seasoned to perfection with tender meat and crispy fries. The chicken skin is seasoned well and delicious. All the seafood is fresh, the chicken tender, and even the natural fruit juices are delish. The staff is super friendly and the service is great and lightning quick. The service and atmosphere are ok, but the food will keep customers coming back for more.
