I went on Grand Opening Day—1/3/26. This was my first time visiting a QDOBA Mexican Eats. I downloaded the app and redeemed my reward of free chips and queso sauce. I got a blend of the regular and spicy queso, which came out delicious.
I also ordered three ground beef tacos, which had the right amount of spicy seasoning, and the free guacamole was tasty and fresh.
Customer service was also superb. The owner opened the door for me when I entered the premises, and one of the managers, Michael, apologized for the sell out of all 100 free burritos, which were gone within one half hour of the 11:00 am opening. Logan, a staff member, impressed me when he asked if he could remove my empty container.
There is a drive-thru, and the place is clean and tidy.

My first ever visit to a Qdoba restaurant. I cannot abide cilantro so I was concerned but manager John took me down the line and showed me all the non cilantro choices as well.as assuring g me that non cilantro rice coukd always be made upon request.
I tried the tortilla soup in an edible bowl with chicken and cheese.
Soup was delicious and chicken was very tender and tasty.
I will be back!

They opened yesterday and it’s already a hit! Fresh, bold flavors, great portions, and fast, friendly service. Best part? Queso and guac are INCLUDED on your entrée — no extra charge (looking at you, Chipotle)

Stopped in on their first day of opening, and it was a great experience. The team was friendly, welcoming, and clearly working hard to get everything running smoothly. The food was fresh, flavorful, and made with care, and the restaurant was clean and well organized for opening day. For day one, they did an excellent job — excited to have QDOBA in Deer Park and looking forward to coming back again soon!
