This place has great service and great variety. People who claim that the employees are not wearing gloves needs something to do with their lives the employees are not touching the ice with their hands, they use scoops. Complain about something legit.
Went here to get ice cream and ended up with probably the worse experiences I’ve ever had. Didn’t have what I needed and subbed it out with a sundae which isn’t what I wanted. There was a hair in the ice cream and I don’t even feel like the staff there today was even trained to even scoop the ice cream properly. 100% wouldn’t recommend.

Got 6 flavors, all watered down or tasted terrible. I usually go to a ralphs over in Queens and was passing by here and was surprised it was open so late. Tasted bad though :(

12/2/23 store closed earlier than time stated. Worker walked out laughing at us. Got here at 11:30pm, but they supposedly dont close until 12:00am.

THERE IS A DRAIN IN THE PARKING LOT THAT MY CHILD FELL INTO UP TO HER THIGH AND COULDN’T GET OUT WITHOUT TWO EXTRA HANDS!! BEWARE!!
