GREAT FOOD I feel like I’m in China Town, they work very quickly and your food is done in minuites, it’s not so great atmosphere though, not very lively and looks a bit daunting

Extremely nice and accommodating. Let it be known that McDonald’s and Hollow were closed but JUMBO JUMBO stayed open for us and took a last minute giant order. Easily going to be regulars here!

I walked in and ordered a lunch special for $8.99 and a quart of eggdrop wonton soup, for a total of $16 and change. I gave the guy $20 and received my change and left a tip. Went to Price Chopper and then went back to pick up my order. The owner? (person I ordered from and paid), handed me a bag and said I owed him $19 plus dollars. I told him I had already paid and he said, "No, you didn't pay. You ordered and walked out." I said I was not going to pay twice for my order. Then I searched through my pockets to find the "walk in" slip with the amount I paid on it. Only then did he check the other bags of orders, and he had handed me the wrong order. And for the 2nd time in a row, my egg drop wonton soup did not have any wontons in it...NONE! The food is not always good, and I once had to throw out orange chicken -- it was inedible. I think this business intentionally tries to cut corners and cheat their customers, and I'd like to know how they could forget to put wontons in my soup. Wish there were someplace else to get Chinese food. Not going back.

They have gotten my order wrong 3 TIMES THIS MONTH!!! Only twice this month have I ordered and received what I asked for. The food is ok but Almost 5 DOLLARS FOR WHITE RICE???! NOT OK! This place continues to be a disappointment. I called the store asking for a refund on my WRONG order and the owner said “I give discount when u come back” and hung up. Didn’t wait for a response, didn’t write my name down, nothing. Pure robbery and terrible management. Only redeeming quality is the food
