“Have had pizza here many times and was always more than happy. While there recently I saw a young lady who had ordered one of their subs and thought that I would try one. Ordered their Italian sub and told them to just make their standard sub thinking I would try it their way and maybe I would adjust the ingredients in future orders. The sub was one of the best ever. Will be having more in the future. No adjustments needed! Thanks for what you do!”

“Food was prepared OK, it's a subway not a lot can go wrong. But service was REALLY slow. A manager should manage, not sweep floors while food is being prepared (slowly). It took 25 minutes to get a single sandwich made from the time we stood in line till I paid. There were 2 people in front of us. As a former Subway "Sandwich Artist" I know that if it takes longer than 5 minutes to make a sub... You are doing it wrong. And that was by myself in a shop, not with two in the assembly line.
Maybe it was a bad day, but it is what it is and that's what I can say.”

“Great spot to hang with family and friends. Food is seasonal and very good. Their cider is great but they also have beer and cocktails. They have toys for kiddos upstairs, a pool table, shuffle board, and foosball...and a great area outside if the weather is nice.”

“Just came in for a drink but a regular convinced me to get dinner. Had a transcendent experience eating the lamb cavatelli. One of those meals that makes you slow down and remember you're ALIVE! What a delight. Then I had plum cardamom pie with ice cream! Like so perfect. Great vibes, the sun was shining, Garth was playing great music. Really happy I stopped by, needed that! “I had a fabulous dinner at the Hamden Inn on Friday evening. I got there early and sat at the bar and Lisa was my waiter and bartender. She suggested a gin based cocktail and it was to die for. She was AWESOME! I ordered The Hamden Burger cooked rare…and it was PERFECT! I also ordered the wings based on a friend suggestion and the house-made Buffalo sauce was exceptional! The menu had an excellent variety of culinary choices, however, I chose the burger on a friend suggestion. Everything that came out of the kitchen looked delicious. The restaurant had a quaint & cozy upscale atmosphere! I’ll definitely return! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

Plus they feature lots of live music, karaoke & other feative events frequently, so there's always something fun going on at Dana’s! “Great food, nice service, very clean -BUT- tonight we attended a birthday party in a side room. Catered for 30 supposedly, but only 25 people came and they ran out of food on the taco bar. Then they refused to add any additional food- refused! Then the host arrived and they refused to give him, his son and his parents any food unless they paid for it separately. The owners (a couple) gave conflicting prices. One said they could reserve tables, the other said no the host had to rent the whole room. Plesant atmosphere but most of us will not return. Poor business practice!”
