I'm a big fan of buying from small business whenever possible. THIS is a small business, and the product is our a high quality. And the owner, Chef Wilson, is honorable. My family is in the region on vacation, and we left Liberty (an hour from Tuna III) fairly hungry. Wilson, the owner took great care of us. We just told him what we liked and he made suggestions that were the perfect taste and portion size for our group. The sushi was fresh and tasty, the beef in our cooked dish was the most tender beef I've had in a Chinese or Japanese restaurant, the salmon nabe was a hearty and light accompaniment to the other dishes.
