“2nd visit here recently for sandwiches. Very pleased with the service, quality, and taste. The lady taking orders on our most recent visit Friday 7/30 was extremely friendly and welcoming! We will be back when in the area. Excellent addition to the Hamden General Store.”
“Was traveling to the area for work, stop by, and a guy was there, but they were closed. He stayed late and made me a pizza and wings. It was extremely good. Thank you for staying after you were closed, and thank you for a great pizza and wings. We will definitely be back each time I'm in town.”
“Had such a wonderful breakfast here. The staff were busy but not inattentive. Food was fast and fresh and delicious! There was a guy who just kept walking back into the prep area and eating and that was kind of yucky but the staff didn’t seem to have anything to do with that.”
“Been to dinner half a dozen times. Never had a bad experience. Chef/owner has surprised with an occasional dish (that’s not on menu) now and then, it’s excellent!! Passion for good cuisine.”
“Excellent food great prices amazing and pleasant staff. Clean nice environment. Quiet cozy place.Parking: Free street and free parking lotKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly environment”
“I have simple tastes in ice cream. I just want vanilla hard ice cream on a regular cone. Daisy Queens delivered! It was very good and a generous scoop. Maybe next time I'll go crazy and try the chocolate.”
“Finally went for the first time recently and was so pleasantly surprised at the really nice atmosphere and great drinks. I definitely appreciate the gin selection! Service was fast and friendly, and the small plates were very good. Will definitely be back!”
“Danny's is a wonderful place to eat at. The owner Wilma and her family are always greet you with love and make you feel right at home. When my Brooklyn friend's comes and visit the Catskills they always want to go see Wilma and the family. Wilma always come out from the kitchen to greet us with love and to sit with us to catch up on how we are doing. The food is delicious as always. The atmosphere is always friendly and loving. We always meet new friends when we come to Danny's. What a great family business. My friends wished they served breakfast and were open on Sundays.Parking: Easy access to park anywhere you like.”
“I wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised! The food was great, and our host server was extremely friendly and we really enjoyed our evening and will return very soon!”
“Stopped at the Delhi Diner from out of town and it was nothing short of amazing. Service was very attentive and the food was fresh and amazing! The chicken salad sandwich was the best I’ve ever had.”
“I'm a big fan of buying from small business whenever possible. THIS is a small business, and the product is our a high quality. And the owner, Chef Wilson, is honorable. My family is in the region on vacation, and we left Liberty (an hour from Tuna III) fairly hungry. I called to make sure that they were open, and a man answered the phone and simply said, "hello, I will call you back in 15 minutes." I shouted an expletive and my wife yelled at me. She argued that "at least we know that they're open." We decided to give them a try. Upon arrival, the "Closed" sign was at the door, but the door wasn't locked so I went in to inquire. Turns out, Chef Wilson was on his own, cleaning up the place by himself after a hectic evening. I explained that I called earlier but no one called me back. He felt badly, and while the place was closed, he took us in. We had the place all to ourselves, and aside from our hunger, we were in no rush. The miso soup was small (but inexpensive, and really good). It had a very strong flavor and included some nice ingredients like enoki mushroom. The house salad had a very nice carrot ginger dressing. I felt like my salmon avocado roll had a but too much rice on it, but the fish was fresh and I enjoyed it. I also realized that Wilson was on somewhat of a hurry to serve us, and being alone, I can't really know exactly what the good would have been like if he had his whole crew there. I enjoyed the sukiyaki... I've had better... it seemed like there was a strong taste of something like vinegar. Still, it was authentic, and I liked it. The only thing that was strange was this spoon shaped like a small ladle. It was hard to get the pieces of cabbage from within there, and I had to slurp, which really pisses off my daughter! My wife and kid both got the Sea Dragon Roll. My wife said she had found her NEW FAVORITE ROLL of all time. They loved it. Great presentation and excellent sauce combo... too bad we can't come back for it regularly. Wilson is a very genuine guy. I really appreciated his taking us in for to the circumstances. I would absolutely support this place if we were locals.”
“HUGE assortment of really fantastic teas, and the owner is so friendly and helpful!! taste tests also available, as well as a ton of different gifts and fashion! The kyoto tea is amazing and was such a great value!”
“I'm relatively new to Walton ( going on 3 years ), have no family, don't know many people here. I started going to Townsend Street Market for my daily morning eg sandwich and found Angie and her family warm, friendly, and attentive. So, as I say, it was usually just breakfast, I didn't spend a fortune there. I couldn't possibly be one of ger most valued customers. Recently I'd stopped going there (cancer). After about a month of my absence, a neighbor knocked on my door to check on me, and I told him my story. Angie, hearing this I suppose, sent a HUGE care package including items not from her store. Who does that? They will always have my respect, support, patronage, and love.”
“The food was great and so was the service -friendly and quick. The brisket was amazing but then again, all their food is great. Don't forget to get their pretzel.”
“Went to Walton for an appointment decided to stop in for breakfast. Food was exceptionally good hashbrowns were excellent I even asked for onions and they were actually cooked unlike other places. Great sausage patties too! Would definitely visit again”
“Stopped for a late lunch with my sister and nephew and we were glad we did! The French onion soup was delicious and the Mexican street corn dip was very tasty. We split the fish po' boy and my nephew had the burger - all very good ... and the fries were great! Definitely a great place to stop in Delhi!”
“Wish it was closer to us. We'd spend a lot of time here. Beth was awesome and friendly and her coffee recommendation was on point! Empanadas were great too.”
“Everything was great but there wasn't enough lighting for me. Overall it was good. I recommend getting the BIG cheeseburger. It always fills me for the day.”
“I love this place, I've been ordering from them for 20 years. Food is very good, very consistent. I've always been greatful to have Chinese take out in this small town where there isn't a whole lot of convenience.”
“We love this place. The pizza is always good and you can ask for them to make it a bit crispy. My son and husband have to have the boneless hit wings and golden wings. My go to us bone in hot wings. The mozzarella sticks have the best cheese pull. They are our Friday take out day.”
“A no frills place. Sometimes, the pizza is thin, which I like. Other times, it's thicker. It's a good place to go to grab a slice. They serve Pepsi products, not coke. Usually the staff is attentive and friendly and you can get your food quickly.”
“I have no idea what everyone's complaining about. Although it's not a fancy restaurant the food I ingested was very hot, a very generous amount for only $11 for a box with rice and a main course and one egg roll. I was able to see them make my meal fresh in the back. If you are reading comments, I'd say give it a try. I'm very full and happy. Better than McDonald's and the Hunnun Gourmet across from the Y in Oneonta.”
“In the Drive-Thru was moving quite slowly but I mean it's McDonald's and we know McDonald's so the food is a good quick fix when you're in a hurry and hungryWheelchair accessibility: They're always located right by the doors which does make it easier if you are Mobility restricted”
“Morning crew is the best, but they all work hard to get the experience right. It's fast food, so I feel like that's self explanatory. I recommend for a quick bite. Inside is the fastest!”

“We have been meaning to get down there for their eggs Benedict but because we never have the time in the morning, we decided to try their dinner. We loved their dinner, especially the Brussels sprouts. We did their take out. Our order was filled promptly, the pricing was spot on, presentation was great and their food was delicious! I would recommend the Hamden Inn!”
