Yesterday I enjoyed amazing customer service. Went inside to pick up an online order and the young lady that I encountered was simply amazing. I have rarely encountered such a friendly, happy fast food worker with an engaging smile and customer oriented attitude. Amazing!!! Not to mention that Arby’s always has amazing food and the potato cakes are back!!!!
The online only deal of 2 meals for $9.99 - last night 10pm-ish they gave crusty reheated sandwiches and cold curly fries - we were too hungry to complain, and it has never been that bad - SO ALWAYS EAT A FEW FRIES BEFORE YOU DRIVE AWAY.Today tho, I went at dinnertime around 6pm-ish and sandwiches were warm and tasty with warm fries.Plz closing crew - don't make us suffer for eating late - and no reheating. Ughh
