Again, I came in to order 2 trios. After pulling out from the drive thru I noticed I was short a French fry. Both lines were very long so I had to park and go inside. I am elderly and walk with a cane and have trouble opening doors. You would think someone would be checking to make sure this doesnt happen.
Picked up a family pack and the whoppers were very dry. I had to dress them up at home. Did they discontinue their "special sauce".
Inside, Başak takes care of things, but if you just drive by, someone else handles it. In other words, it’s hard to get the same level of service.
