Ordered online at this place by accident. Once I got the confirmation message and saw where it was going I immediately called to cancel the order. Long story short they refunded me the amount the food cost and kept the measly little tip that I gave. Not sure why they felt they should get a tip no service was done. They must need the money bad. Anyway one star. They responded to my review and sent a gift card to make up for the mistake. Much appreciated.
This is just a personal reason, but I have glaucoma, lymphoma and leukemia. I was wearing a mask not to catch any germs or disease from any of the other patrons, and they put us in the back room.
The food was great. Never disappoints. I wish I lived closer to a Denny's. The only thing that surprised me was there was four of us eating breakfast and our bill was over $101.
