Staff was super busy so we waited about 10mins to place an order. This was the first time i ever went to five guys and I would, despite the wait, I would absolutely 💯% go again!! To me the food was absolutely delicious and worth the wait. Service was good once they were able to help us. You could tell the staff had been super busy behind the counter because there was trash left on some tables and the trash bins were overflowing. I would definitely recommend the food without...
Food is made to order, so you have to be prepared to wait for your order. That being said, the service was very fast and friendly.

I had an outstanding experience at Five Guys thanks to Jacob! He was friendly, efficient, and made sure my order was perfect. The burgers were fresh and cooked to perfection, and Jacob’s recommendations made the meal even better. Exceptional service like his really elevates the dining experience. Highly recommend!
