Usually this is my favorite place. I just got home from having emergency surgery and was soooo looking forward to French onion soup and a Napa almond chicken salad sandwich and I was so disappointed. The soup had no cheese. And the grapes in the chicken salad went bad. It was brown mush inside a whole grape and the papaya green tea didn’t have much flavor. I got my food delivered, my sandwich was smashed to bits and my salad container was covered in crusty salad dressing. I get things happen, but this is like the 3rd time and if you try to call the store the phone just rings and rings and rings and no one picks up.

Great service. A little pricey but the food is always good. Can get very busy and noisy depending on the day and time.(Try the Kitchen Sink cookie. It's so delicious.)Dietary restrictions: I'm on a low carb diet and can usually find something to suit my needs here. My go-to meals are their salads, which are delicious.
