Such a pleasant experience! The staff was really friendly and attentive, and the lo mein and General Tso’s chicken were both delicious. Everything came out hot and flavorful, and the portions were generous. Definitely a spot I’d come back to!
It's a dingy little place but a mainstay for the French and Transit neighborhood. It's also a run of a mill place so don't expect exceptions or inquire things you'll not normally find. Just good old fashion Chinese-American 200 simplified menu item gluttonous goodness.
I feel compelled to write this review because I've had Chinese
food before but never at this place until yesterday. Hands down the best General Tso's chicken I've ever had ! Most other places give you mostly coating where this had lots of real chicken and was cooked to perfection. The shrimp fried rice had bigger shrimp in it than most places and a lot of it and was very, very good. Also I must comment on the Wonton soup... very flavorful and fresh ......
