This location has really dropped off over the last year and has become hit or miss. Hard, undercooked rice and beans. Unappealing lettuce. Cold tofu. Seemingly watered down hot sauce. Employee topping off cambros with no gloves on. Send feedback to corporate multiple times just to never hear back. Used to come in once or twice a week but now I regret it more than I enjoy it.

How is this place still a profitable business? Each time I go here it’s typically out of desperation when I’m craving this style of food and other places are closed. I’ve gone here 3 times in the past year now and it is absolutely disgusting every single time. Dirty, food is cooked terrible, and is low quality. Was too lazy to write a review until having a horrible experience for an additional time.
Who is running this place? Are they using it to launder money or do people actually eat here enough to keep the business alive? The google review history of this place is terrible. I’m shocked how terrible this Moe’s is compared to others.
Stay away from here at all costs. Will never return to this place again. I will starve for 3 days before even considering eating here again (and probably go to it if I had to after that out of desperation).

Management horrifically terrible and they only hire little kids that do not work and are so lazy they hide in the back have no smiles and stand around touching food without gloves. This is about the transit and losson. DO NOT GO HERE THEY DONT EVEN WELCOME YOU THE CORRECT WAY!!!! Such unhappy people and DO NOT CLEAN!!!!!

Drove to this Moe’s and the one in Cheektowaga, both closed early… because of a football game. Outstanding business model — close whenever there’s a kickoff! At this rate, you might as well shut down altogether if a Bills game can outweigh business.

I usually love Moe’s, I’m kind of pissed right now. Me, my three kids and my husband met for lunch today and spent 50 bucks on a couple burritos, my husband noticed immediately, his queso was room temperature, because it was premade so he brought it back up and asked for a hot one. They made him pay for a new one which I feel like was crazy. To be fair, the employees were very nice, Just should have made it right in my opinion. I hate being a complainer so maybe we should have. The beans were rockhard and neither one of us Finished our food. Now I’m still hungry and out 50 bucks😭

I recently visited Moe’s Southwest Grill and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served just the way I like it. I ordered a burrito with all the fixings, and everything—from the rice to the guac—tasted great and felt freshly prepared. Also Evan the manager was well respectful and definitely deserved the tip.

The workers here were very rude with little to no customer service. They didn’t ask if I wanted any topping or drinks. They had a lot of attitude and bad vibes. When I asked if I could get sauce they huffed and put way too much. They also didn’t ask if I wanted to get any drinks and just told me the total. The sauce and drink area was also a mess with cups and lids all over the counter. Sauce was also spilled and the tray was missing? One side had the tray that displays the sauces and the other had them just sitting below. The workers made me very uncomfortable and we ended up eating outside to avoid their judgement.
Place is a joke now. The employees are awful. Asked to use my law enforcement discount and was told “that no longer exists”. You’ll have one less customer from now on.

Every once and while I get a burrito from here this past time I came in I was great with a “what do you want” so after her making my burrito I noticed it was only half the size that it usually is. So I put it off and asked for a cup to get a drink out of the soda machine and she said “it’s out of carbonation” so I just left. Not paying 15-20 Dollers for a burrito I can eat in 2 bites and an un carbonated soda.

Very disappointed with this location. Ordered a couple items and a burrito, instead of giving me the burrito I ordered I was given all the fillings of it in a container minus the tortilla shell that it was suppose to be wrapped with. Upon arriving home, and seeing I called the store and was rudely spoken to by the person in charge, and told to come back. Living 25 minutes away at 8:45pm I was not driving back. Was told I’d get a phone call the next day to resolve it but nothing. Won’t be giving business to that location again.
