Please read the reviews. This Moes needs to be closed or bought by someone that actually represents the brand. We went there tonight spent $85 on dinner for family of four. The 16 year old kid put three pieces of steak on my quesadilla because they ran out. Half the toppings were out and no green salsa. This place is mismanaged. We now have to drive to southwestern location. Place was disgusting as the area where they were making food was filled with leftover food. Bugs on the ground. PLEASE FIX THIS MOES!!!

This is the most unprofessional Moe’s I have ever been in they throw the food on to whatever your ordering your paying good money for this stuff and the make it so sloppy with no care at all. I had to ask multiple times for the side of queso I paid for. This has been going on for at least a year the crap service I have received here I should probably stop giving the store so many chances. Who ever owns this store should be ashamed on how this store is ran.

Wow - what has happened to this location??!? Gone completely downhill since the last time I was here (before they remodeled). The place was empty when i got there, 1-2 tables of customers- no one in line. The place is FILTHY!!! Every table and bench covered in food, the floors as well. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks or months - the bathroom was also gross. The soda machine also filthy. To top it off the guy in the red shirt in photo (no one had name tags on) seemed clueless and was charging me for guacamole (because a sticker on our burrito signified hot peppers- and had I not been paying attention to the check out screen would have been charged $1.99 for guacamole we never ordered). Also the queso (this same guy) only filled up these tiny cups halfway- until I told him about it, he acted annoyed when I pointed it out. Pop machine empty on flavors and not replenished until I asked the guy. Overall this went from one of my favorite Moes to one of the worst (Transit Rd Williamsville and Union Rd were also awful from previous visits). Will NEVER return after this experience.

Moe's is the spot for a burrito or quesadilla. The workers were very efficient and had my food ready in no time. Truly a fast-food spot but the food is filling.

Food and service are xcellent. Restaurant and rest rooms are very clean The place has just been remodeled. While very neat and clean, the new look is cold, sanitary. The old colors were warm and comforting. We don't think of a Mexican restaurant as being these colors. This is more like Chipotle than Moes. All you would need is the stainless steel table tops.

Welcome To Moes is one of the best dining experiences in Westerner New York. Let me set the scene, it was June 20th, I came in after a pride parade and the staff welcomed me with open arms. They are very LGBTQ friendly and very positive. The lobby was clean and the food came out very fast. Very nice and friendly environment. While i was here I got hatecrimed by a group of teenage girls and the staff made sure I felt okay after. The Moes staff goes above and beyond for the customers. I love you moes.
Hit or miss. Different employees every time. Sometimes it’s good. Sometimes it’s very skimpy portions of meat and cheese. Absolutely filthy, dried on sprayed debris all over the soda machine, dirty floors, overflowing garbage, dirty tables, sticky floors, dried on/caked on salsa bar mess, probably the worst I’ve seen of any restaurant. They used to be very consistent and clean. They need some good management with a focus on cleanliness, customer service, and consistency in their products. When it’s good, it’s very good. But it has been less and less frequent in the past 6 months. And please can someone put some salt on those tortilla chips?

6 workers , place was filthy, food was skimpy ….order 3 tacos …teaspoon on beef..pinch of cheese . Heavy on pico. .Garbage cans were full , nobody knows how to use a broom or clean tables . The bar for salsa was discussing….looked like a bomb hit .the boys spent more time hiding in the side room eating than working .THIS PLACE HAS REALLY GONE DOWN . REGISTER GUY ASKED FOR A TIP …..apparently no knows what a broom is for .

Never in my life have I gone to Moe's and experienced the miserablness I experienced tonight. I was not greeted which no big deal that's ok, but then I was asked "what do you want?" Literally those exact words. The female taking care of me like refused to give me extra sour cream didn't say one thing besides are you done while I was trying to order for myself my husband and my child. Not only was the in restaurant service terrible but my food was also terrible when I got home ten minutes later to eat it. I could have gone to might taco if I wanted the garbage I got tonight. Never had a problem with this location but the 3 people I delt with tonight should quit their job and get one they like because this was terrible service and terrible food.
