I just completed my first online order through Wegmans, delivered by Instacart. It was a flawless transaction! The delivery person had no trouble finding my place and followed directions exactly as stated. Doing it this way is a bit expensive, but I'm sure it's in line with other delivery services. I would definitely use this service again.
Their bakery is great for ordering sheet cakes. Do it all online or go into the store and someone in the catering section will walk you through the process. We ordered the largest size with marble cake, half with vanilla pudding filling, half with chocolate pudding filling, and a whipped cream frosting. So delicious, and I'm not even a cake lover. We treated ourselves with Sushi for dinner tonight. My husband brought home the shrimp tempura, tuna volcano and salmon volcano. All were very tasty, fresh, and filling for two people. We purchased three packs.. the tuna and the salmon had six pieces each, and the shrimp had eight . We shared them all. They came with a squeeze pouch of wasabi, and a soy sauce and also sweet pickled ginger, yum.
