These baconator fries need more bacon and cheese needs to be more fresh. It looks like they been sitting for a while . Also the lines of the fountain drink machine needs to be cleaned out because the fountain drink have an after taste.

Hadn’t been to Wendy’s in a long time-probably a year or more. We stopped going to this location because the service was bad and the food was worse, but we were willing to give it another chance. At around 6:30 pm on a Thursday, we went through the drive thru. First, I pull up and I am asked to wait. Ok, no problem. They were very polite about it and there were several cars ahead of me. However, I literally waited over 5 minutes, which doesn’t seem like a long time, but think about it, it’s fast food, that equates to hours in real time. Finally, they come back and apologize for the wait-I give them praise for that. I place my order- they are out of baked potatoes-of course, the one thing I really wanted. Fine, I order fries instead-in my head I knew that was a bad decision. After I finish placing my order, I go to pick it up, all is good, it is out quickly. Great. Nope. I was smart enough to check the hamburger before leaving the parking lot. We ordered a hamburger with ketchup and onions only. This hamburger had cheese on it. Now, I had to get out of the car and go in. The server was nice enough, apologized and gave me a new burger. And we are off. I live about 5 or 6 minutes away. We get home, everything is ice cold, and I don’t mean “warm” or “cooling down.”I mean food that had been sitting around before they put it in the bag. The fries were literally cold and hard. The burger was flavorless and now they left the ketchup off. Come on-this is my new burger? Are you kidding me? Crispy nuggets-not crispy just cold. Talk about a disappointing meal. We ended up throwing everything away except for a frosty. $17 wasted on garbage. Failed. No more chances Wendy’s. You need to hire people that care about their jobs and don’t just want to stand around and get paid for doing nothing.

Fries were perfect. Chicken wrap was questionable at best. My big issue is how they completely ignore the customers at the counter. By the time they finally took my order, the three other members of my group were done eating. Myself and all the people behind me in line had to wait because we're not as important as Drive Thru or Doordash customers. At least 3 other people in line gave up and walked out.

It's a caps shoot. One day everything is fine the next day I go back and it will be horrible. I don't understand. One day biscuits are fine the next day your lucky if you can bite through the sandwich.

I would eat here. No hats on employee s no groves on there hands .food was on there floors in the kitchen alot of it serviced was very slow. The pop didn't taste right no matter what I tried it tasted sour. Would close this place down a health hazard.
