Now Wendy’s came out With the new eight dollar biggie bag now you get two sandwiches, a small fry and a small drink very disappointed because they like others make you think like you’re getting something special but all they’re doing is reducing the amount of food and drink you get

Great spot for a wendys but everytime I order here they screw up the entire order. I returned a sandwich because I asked for no american and they handed a new one to me with cheese on it. every single time. Train the staff please! or give me refunds easier since they always screw everything up

The Wendy’s on Transit Rd in Depew has gone so down hill. The last 3 times I was there they screwed up my order (in the drive through). The first time I was missing the burger I ordered and never received any sauce for my nuggets. The second time I never got my nuggets in the bag but got sauces…. 6 of them and they weren’t even the honey mustard I asked for and I should have only gotten 2. And now today I ordered the Dave’s single with cheese combo meal with Mayo and ketchup only and received it with onions, lettuce and pickle on it. I also ordered it with baconator fries and received it with regular fries. I could see them making a mistake here and there but really?!? The last 3 consecutive times I’ve been there. After the second screw up I called the store and I believe the managers name was Larry and he told me I could come back that day or the next to get the nuggets but I got busy and never went back. He was very nice and apologized but it’s just such an inconvenience. I think I’m just going to give up on this location.

This was probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had, and I will not be going back to the store and I encourage everyone to stop eating Wendy’s. Especially this location as once before a few years back there was some attitude issues and now it seems like it’s coming back. Went to the drive-through to make an order ordered two value meals, hot spicy chicken with bottled waters. The girl was very short on the speaker when I pulled up I said as she did not offer me any size options for the value meal I said does this come in other sizes like other ones just curious and she says what size do you want? I said Which one do you have me on, and she said again what size do you want? While staring at me almost like she’s interrogating me I said well how much is this one? What size do you want. I said never mind just leave it as it is. She handed me my waters as I was putting my card back in my wallet and she started shaking her head the other people , they were laughing. So when I went to make a complaint on their website. I have no receipt so I don’t even know how to prove anything. So I threw the food out because I didn’t trust it. These baconator fries need more bacon and cheese needs to be more fresh. It looks like they been sitting for a while . Also the lines of the fountain drink machine needs to be cleaned out because the fountain drink have an after taste.
