Was the only customer there where I went. There were 5 people working and no online orders. After waiting for a minute, a man comes up to the counter and asks what I want. I order a cold sub off the menu, not even my own creation. He puts his hands up and walks away. I wait 3 minutes just staring at the staff just standing there. Finally a girl walks up and asks what I would like. I say the same order I said to the first man. She gets the bread, cuts it, and then walks away and starts sweeping. I wait another 5 minutes of watching people do nothing until someone else finally asks what I want to order. I for the 3rd time and to the 3rd person, say my order. He cuts the meat and cheese, puts the sandwich in front of the toppings and walks away. I wait. Five more minutes and someone says that they can take my payment. I said my sandwich isn’t done. She says i need to pay first… ??? I pay. Finally after another 3 minutes someone adds my toppings on. They forgot my pickles. WTH is going on with this restaurant!? 20 minutes to get a sandwich while being the only person there. Ridiculous

Rude/apathetic staff, slow, out of tuna, rolls stale and crumbly, didn’t have change-took clerk five minutes to get change from back. Never going back.

Went in 2 days ago around 11am. I ordered tuna fish but was told out of it. So I ordered a different sub and asked for mayonnaise. Oh we are out of it that's why no tuna fish. Carbonated drinks not working and had no ice tea made to offer another solution. There is a trader Joe's across the street,tops less than 5 min,and Wegmans maybe 10. Do you think someone would get mayonnaise to at least cover the day?? I don't understand.

I am in this restaurant at least twice a week. The preparation for the subs is going downhill. One day they didn’t have tomatoes and two days later they only had chipotle mayo. Also the bread is always hard and crumbly. There should be someone separate handling the money. I watched a staff wearing gloves cash someone out, give someone a call ahead order and then reach to cut my sandwiches. I stopped her and asked her to change her gloves which she did. Recently I watched the same scenario and I asked another staff member to cut my sandwiches. She did it but she caught an attitude. Also when customers are there to place an order the staff needs to stop carrying on with their personal conversations. Very unprofessional. I have been to other Jersey Mike Sub restaurants in town and out of state and the bread is always fresh. Management needs to take these reviews to heart and make some adjustments and retrain the staff. I love Jersey Mike’s but don’t know how much longer I will frequent this particular restaurant.

Subs are expensive but worth the price both in portions and quality of food.Parking: Great location, conveniently next to Smoothie King and Blaze Pizza. Parking is accessible, easy to get in and out of.
