Cashier told me she didn’t the ice cream for my mobile order. She told me it was refunded but on my receipt it was still charged to my card. We told her this and she ignored me. Food was not fresh, all the sauces i paid for were not in the bag. Do yourself a favor and go to another location.

We frequent this McD and the one in Fayetteville and this one on Erie smokes the Fayetteville location every time. I think I’ve only had one order that had items missing. Usually pretty quick too.

Imagine waiting for what seems like a lifetime in line to pick up a mobile order. Once the headset came on they were gossiping. I was asked numerous times what i order, I went to the window & they tried to charge me for someone else's meal. When I got my order it was still wrong.
The girl kept asking me what I was waiting for and then proceeded to ask me what I ordered and I told her it should’ve been on the computer screen of what I ordered and then she asked me again what I was waiting for because she didn’t give me my drink and then told me they were out of caramel after I watched them make one already. Do not recommend this McDonald’s at all until they can hire people with manners. Most disrespect I’ve encountered in a McDonald’s! Absolutely disgusting. Glad my niece and nephew stayed in the car because she was so disrespectful
