Imagine waiting for what seems like a lifetime in line to pick up a mobile order. Once the headset came on they were gossiping. I was asked numerous times what i order, I went to the window & they tried to charge me for someone else's meal. When I got my order it was still wrong.

The girl kept asking me what I was waiting for and then proceeded to ask me what I ordered and I told her it should’ve been on the computer screen of what I ordered and then she asked me again what I was waiting for because she didn’t give me my drink and then told me they were out of caramel after I watched them make one already. Do not recommend this McDonald’s at all until they can hire people with manners. Most disrespect I’ve encountered in a McDonald’s! Absolutely disgusting. Glad my niece and nephew stayed in the car because she was so disrespectful

Worst mcdonalds experience in memory, 6:10-6:50 wait for a mobile order quarter pounder large frie sprite and 6 piece nuggets, they screwed up order gave me quarter pounder and medium fry then.acted like I was inconviencing them for coming in to fix it no apology for getting it wrong after having made me wait in drive through so long drivers behind me were honking then had me sit in a parking spot for another 10 mins before giving the wrong order, Wild amd could here the workers complaining and chastising each other for making mistakes The kid at the drive through was the worst goes to hanf me a kids meal I didn't order I go hey that's not mine and pulls it back accusingly goes whats your order then before I could answer slams window turns around yelling at a coworker then made me.wait 10 minutes before coming back. Wild experience. This place is on a while other level

my wife and I went in about 3 p.m. service was excellent, food was hot it only took about 2 minutes to order and receive 2 meals. all the staff was friendly and courteous. nice job
My cheeseburger is always sloppily made, and the fries are half the time out of the bag halfway. I was there at 5 o’clock today and I was waiting in the drive-through for 15 minutes I was feining For a cheeseburger and nuggets. I went inside and I was greeted by no one. Normally, the staff is rude Too. Horrible location and I hate that this is the closest one to my crib

This is the worst McDonald’s in the entire country. Service is always terrible, food is always wrong or burnt. Staff is rude. Orders are always incorrect.
Today we went and no one was at the drive through. As we were leaving, the staff was sitting in the lobby staring at us and laughing.
Spend the extra 5 min and drive to Thompson rd instead.
I tried to give them multiple chances but it’s always a waste of time and money to go here.
