Honestly, I just started visiting Smoothie King the last two months due to being on a restricted diet. Every time I visit the staff is AWESOME. They are polite, helpful when making choices and my smoothie is delicious.

The smoothies are good, and the service is mostly good. But there are a few workers who gossip loudly and use a lot of foul language. It's unprofessional and awkward to be there waiting while these employees are complaining and swearing while they're making your smoothies. It happened today, and has happened in the past.

Edit: returned another time and made customizations for smoothies. Ordered the strawberries without added sugar and the unsweetened almond milk. Perfect smoothie and excellent customer service. 5

I love Smoothie King, they always prepare delicious smoothies. Banana Boat, Berry Punch, and Peanut Butter Power are my favorites!Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because during my most recent visit the store absolutely reeked like weed and my smoothie was melted even though I picked it up exactly at the pick-up time. It seemed like they made it early and then took a smoke break. Still tasted great though so can't complain too much!

Nobody does it better then my crew over in Dewitt. They pump out the best Smoothies north of Havana, one reason I don't mind spending 13$ on a 40+ oz. Monster, if it's not perfect, they'll make you another, with a smile. This place is well ran and the staff is A++ if you've never been, you must, they have fresh ingredients and vast selection from dessert to diet and good with any meal. It's amazing there the only location in cny, the owners must kill it.

I want to start off by saying that I have a lot of food allergies/dietary restrictions...yes, I'm one of those but it's not my fault. Being "one of those" I have to be a little more specific about what I eat. I've been here a number of times now and have to say that though I love the concept for Syracuse as well as some of their premade selections, they have been a little inconsistent. The first time I went I was blown away by both the consistency and over all quality of the peanut butter delight. However, the second time I went I was bitterly disappointed to have gotten my bowl without any of the peanut buttery goodness I have longed for all week. There is definitely some work to be done but again, I love the concept. Hope this helps!

This smoothie king seems particularly mismanaged. I was in the store twice and on the phone once over the course of my visit, just to get an acai bowl. It seems to be run by a group of young kids who are more interested in talking to each other, are terribly rude, and really don’t focus on service. One night I tried to order online and could not get through. When I called, they said I could come in and get a bowl. When I got there a few minutes later, a young woman was standing with her back to me and said that they were no longer making bowls that night. She did not even turn around to acknowledge me as her customer. They were in a group, doing nothing but talking. I went back a week later and got an açaí bowl. the employees were not focused on the customers at all. The bowl was not very good. I have been to Smoothie King where I live multiple times, and it is an excellent place. I was very disappointed in this particular store. I would not recommend it, and I will not visit again.
Ordered 3 smoothies which totaled almost $30. Tried to pay with a $50 and they said they don't accept $50's. So away I went, and away went my business. :-)

These guys are soo cheap with their bowls. I got a half empty pitaya bowl and there were a few crumbs of granola on there I paid $13 for this shit. Absolute waste of money. Train your employees better!
