There's bad, terrible and the worst, Chipotle Mexican Grill in Dobbs Ferry. Ordered online, food was actually ready nearly 30 mins after the confirmed pickup time (on a Sunday.) Was the order right? Nope, rice so undercooked it's crunchy and steak that was still mooing. Conveniently located next to the garbage trucks of the Dobbs Ferry DPW which is likely where most of their meals end up.
Never open on time, always short staffed. Staff was busy getting Starbucks while there was a line outside and the doors were locked when the place should have been open twenty minutes earlier
Web order was not ready upon arrival and I was informed that my order wasn't complete due to the restaurant running out of brown rice. They asked me if I was satisfied with substituting white rice instead, before putting my order together. They also said they they were sending someone to another store to get more brown rice. A simple apology and maybe offering the customer a free order of chips and salsa goes a long way, but I guess they forgot how to give their customer's...read full review
