I liked the vibe of the restaurant, but what I was totally surprised is how bad is the customer service. My sisters and I went to this restaurant and upon arrival we were asked if we were ready. We asked for more time, right after that one of my sisters asked for a orange juice. Then we saw that a group of 8 people came in. They were quickly assisted and asked what they were drinking. Went to The Bit for brunch and it was so good! We had the Vegan Blueberry Pancake (couldn't taste the difference), Chicken and Waffle (chicken was crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside) and Fish and Chips (tastes like I was back in London). Our server, Michael was great! He was so helpful, friendly, accommodating and funny. Would go back for sure!
Excellent attentive service, delicious fresh creative food, awesome cozy ambiance…what more can I say? We drove up from Riverdale and had a great evening. Easy street parking. Highly recommend this restaurant! We had the Buffalo cauliflower, bean soup, roasted eggplant entree, Mac and cheese, grilled chicken, rib eye steak, a Dobbs Berry cocktail, lemonade, a Shirley Temple, and a warm brownie with ice cream to end the night. Great restaurant with a warm vibe!
