We happened on Ana's by chance as we were driving to our lodgings for the weekend. We were not impressed by the area in general but this diner was excellent. The food was totally authentic and the homemade tortillas were out of this world! If I am ever driving through this area again I will be sure to stop by for a delicious meal. It is worth of detour even if you are not in the immediate area.
Anyone giving more than 3 stars honestly should not be writing reviews. Came for breakfast. Coffee was good, omelette was what you would get at an average diner, bland and uninspired. Bacon burnt to a crisp when it was requested to be soft. Toast was an afterthought.
Been passing this spot for years to an from the Berkshires to NYC and decided to stop and grab some breakfast sandwiches to go.... Pleasant and cozy inside....I was greeted by a young women behind the counter..... Could've been Ana.... The freaky made breakfast sandwiches were ready quickly to my specifications and the price was very reasonable (about the same as today's prices at McD's or BK). Onward we continued feeling well nourished and ready to tackle NYC...
