Food is always at least okay, never offensively poor quality but the wait time in the lobby is excruciating, don't even try to order at the counter because they'll never take it, (sorry elderly people and people who don't want to use a kiosk) and approximately 25% of the time something with the order is wrong. Kudos to the current staff it does take some time, but they are very short staffed so be easy on them because you’ll get your food fresh.
Kid-friendliness: The management there is very friendly even when it’s only her there you can tell she’s a little flustered, but she gets the job done. Kudos to you.

This is about the third or fourth time in a row I’ve had to wait 10 plus minutes for my food, which I ordered ahead of time. It would be one thing if they were busy and hustling and bustling about, but they’re usually not. This time I asked what was taking so long, after noticing the employees were barely moving, and about 10 seconds later I magically had my food (with absolutely no politeness from the employee). Even tho there were multiple other people that had been waiting...
