As a native Southern Californian, I am very impressed with the excellent quality of the many delicious items offered. I never expected such great Mexican food on the east coast! Friendly people, delicious drinks and simply outstanding food. Absolutely everything is made fresh, from salsa on up. Breakfast is equally good, will be coming back for more.
I always have a better experience here going during Lunchtime than Dinner hours. Went with a party of 7 and had a delicious plate of various tacos including Birria, Al Pastor, & Fried Shrimp. Washed them down with a classic Mexican Coke. Food was hot, & fresh. Service was patient, attentive, & timely. Atmosphere was ok, but the space is echoey, and the temperature inside was very cold. Overall a very decent experience.
I’ve been here a number of times and the food has always been great (big fan of the fried potato taco), but I ordered the nachos supremo with carnitas last time I went and WOW. The creamy house-made queso, the smoky carnitas, with the jalapeños and sprinkle of Cotija on top.. man, it was the best thing I’ve eaten in a while and I love eating! Highly recommend this place and especially those nachos.
