Each course was cooked perfectly and had great flavors and textures. It was a meal we will never forget and if they have the Salted and Burnt Honey Pie, you need to get it! It is to die for.

This was one of the best dinning experiences we have ever had in central New York. We did the wine paring along with our dinner. Each course was perfectly prepared and plated. The atmosphere in the restaurant created a warm and relaxing environment. There was the humm of movement but nothing felt rushed or hurried. The courses came out with perfect timing along with amazing descriptions from the wait staff. If you are looking for a place to have an amazing meal you won't be disappointed by making a reservation here.

We have been there several times. The food and experience has been consistently exceptional! We appreciate the set menu. It is evident that only the best ingredients are used. Everything is so fresh and cooked to perfection. Given the quality and experience, we think that the cost is very reasonable. We also appreciate that a local family owns and operates it. Like I mentioned earlier, it is a set or pre fixe menu so I highly recommend looking at the menu ahead of time to make sure it will work for everyone in your group.

We had the opportunity to attend a dinner service at Dean Lane, and it was fantastic. We intend to return any time that we can. They offer a multi-course dinner style, typically around five, and each one was delicious. Additionally, they offer a wine pairing for each course, consisting of locally sourced wines. I quite enjoyed finishing the meal with a chocolate dessert and rich port. Their location is a little remote, but it's not hard to get to from the Watkins Glen, and it helps make the dinner a little more peaceful.
We also had the opportunity to have Dean Lane cater our wedding, and that was also fantastic. Lisa was very helpful in answering all of our questions. They were receptive to any changes we wanted to make to our catering menu and also handled dessert. The food was, again, delicious and our guests (and other vendors) raved about it. Lisa was very helpful in keeping in touch throughout planning and very responsive. Also, while we kept the leftovers (why wouldn't we? everything was amazing) they do offer to recycle it back into their farm (compost/animal feed) as opposed to just throwing it away. I would highly recommend them, as would many others, so be sure to book early.

Wow! Dan, the lead sommelier and our server, elevated this meal from a 10/10 to a 100/10. He walked us through each wine pairing with such passion and knowledge, making the entire experience unforgettable. The scallops were unreal, perfectly seared and bursting with flavor. The pear and lemon risotto was one of the most unique and refreshing dishes I’ve had in a long time. Every bite felt intentional and beautifully balanced.
If you’re anywhere near the Finger Lakes, this spot is an absolute must. Incredible food, world-class wine, and service that makes you feel like royalty. We’ll be talking about this meal for years.

When we first drove up I was doubtful because this place is in the middle of nowhere but once we walked in I knew it was going to be a great experience and I was right. I’m just so impressed with this restaurant. The food was incredible, the service was amazing and it was a nice ambiance. To be honest the food was some of the best I’ve ever had. All four courses were great, the fish was so fresh and perfectly cooked, the raw scallops were a treat, the sausage was so flavorful I almost got the vegetarian option but am so glad I didn’t!
