Simply the best fruit wines ever
Comfortable experience
Very clean and comfortable. Service was always good and the wine and restaurant were very good. Only thing is it was a little dated but it is hate to complain about anything when you can wake up to this..
Glenora is usually a favorite stop, however, the tasting pours were so small they were barely enough to taste the wine. I’d rather pay $12 or $15 for 5 tastings and get a decent pour than $10 for almost nothing. The staff also constantly asked patrons to stop leaning on the counters. Instead of investing the time and energy into posting “do no lean” signs all over the place it would make more sense to install locking and unlocking wheels on their movable counters.
Not alot of help, but they have great products!
Great view not a friendly staff
Staff was friendly wines were delic6
Loved this place. Did wine tasting with friends. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Loved that donate to a local shelter. 2 wines feature shelter dogs!!
Very nice view and very good food. The tasting for $10 is completely sufficient (choosing 5 wines yourself).
You can buy an additional glass of wine if you like. Nice staff.
Nice view but the wines did not meet expectation

My visit to Glenora Winery was just okay. While the view of the lake was nice, it was partially blocked by the hotel/inn on the property, which took away from what could have been a beautiful setting.
As for the wine, it was good, but considering the variety of wineries in the area, I’ve had better. The tasting experience left a lot to be desired. There was only one server handling the tastings, and they seemed to be rushing through everyone without offering much explanation about the wines. Having visited many wineries, from California to Italy, I’m familiar with how a tasting should feel, and this one just didn’t meet those expectations.
Overall, while it wasn’t a bad experience, I expected more given the reputation of the area. There are definitely better options nearby.
The lady who waited on us was not friendly at all and acted irritated with us from the start, even though we were nothing but pleasant to her. Not impressed at all and wouldn’t come back.
Beautiful views and very good wine. The hostess didn’t explain very well how things worked. I had been here many times before but it seems to change.
Fantastic winery with gorgeous views of the lake. Dog friendly and the staff are very knowledgeable.
During my trip that lasted over a month, my experience here was the most unpleasant memory. We are
I stayed on July 26th, and the attitude of the middle-aged female staff member at the desk during check-in was really disappointing. She responded with a rude tone and overbearing attitude, showing no consideration for customers, and continued to behave as if she were the owner of a winery. He may actually be the owner, but I have doubts about whether such gutsy sales are really appropriate.
I felt it at the time of check-in, but when I tried to exchange the wine provided in the room in the evening, her attitude was even more disappointing. We booked two rooms and wanted to try a different wine than the default wine provided in one room. Even though she said it was possible at check-in, she showed a very annoying attitude when I tried to exchange it. He answered all questions with short answers and did not even make eye contact.
When I asked for the list, she responded by briefly describing a few wines, and when I asked for the list again, she handed it to me as if tossing it to me. I asked her to recommend a wine, but she said she preferred sweet wine and couldn't recommend one. I didn't understand why she said that because she didn't know what kind of wine I liked.
And even though the accommodation is located inside a winery, there was no wine opener in the room, so when I asked the front desk, she told me to come and pick it up and return it the next day. It may have been a manual, but I felt it was very rude to respond in a high-handed manner.
At that time, he asked her name, and she answered that she was “Alicia.”
I would also like to tell you that this was not just my illusion. Everyone who accompanied me felt the same discomfort. Even though it's been more than a month since I visited this place, the fact that I'm taking the time to write such a long review means that the memory remains that strong and has become a bad memory enough to offset other good memories. .
This experience left Glenorra Inn a very disappointing place for me. We hope that you seriously consider improving our service so that other customers do not experience similar inconveniences in the future.
However, I was satisfied with the atmosphere and cleanliness of the accommodation, and the wine itself. The next day, we purchased about 10 bottles, and the man with long hair tied up who conducted the tasting was really gentle and grateful.
