This place was a little surprise a little jewel box of a tasting room. The wines which are now blended by Nathan K or the owners son are some you should seriously try. He's trained at the best of the best and it shows. The family owned this place with a group but as time went on they went their separate ways and the family kept it for themselves but needed a winemaker and they would have one in their son. Mom and dad were there and Mom did our tasting. She was lovely and warm and we talked about a lot of wines and how things evolved. The wines are perfectly nuanced and for a serious wine drinker you can appreciate them. It's not a big spot but they have a lovely little area outside and I don't doubt they get slammed in the warmer months. It's 4.5/5 Just give them a whirl... They have parking

We have visited this location twice and received service and products of the highest quality. It's a smaller winery than many, but the wines are delicious, staff are personable, and the property is top tier. You can even bring your own food and have a picnic out on their lawn in nice weather

Small and intimate experience with an excellent offering of tasty wines! Nick, our server, was wonderful. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the wines. Ask him about his poetry!! Bought our first Gewurztraminer after 5 days in the area. A perfect stop for an eclectic wine experience.

We stopped here on a whim and were glad we did. The tasting was reasonably priced for the area. We liked every wine we tasted too which rarely happens. The views over the vineyards were pretty. Only downside was there really was just one person working and she was pretty busy having to manage everything. But we definitely bought some bottles to take with us!

We stopped by for a tasting without a reservation, which didn’t seem to be a problem - others also didn’t have one. We enjoyed all the wines we tried and bought 3 bottles to take home. The wines all tend toward light-bodied, even the reds. Fruit driven, for the most part. Reasonable bottle prices. The tasting room is nothing fancy. Something about us must have rubbed wrong the staff member pouring - she gave extra tastes to the groups on the left and right of us, but not to us. Even so, we would return for more wine.

We stumbled upon hickory hollow and were so happy to have done so. Truly great dry wines made with great intentionality. We are definitely stopping by each time we are around Seneca lake. The service was great and view was perfect.
We visited on a Thursday afternoon and had the place to ourself. We had a long talk with the proprietor who offered many items outside of our initial requests. It was a good afternoon. We left with several items including an interesting organic item. Very tasty.

Wonderful winery and great customer service. This winery is a true gem and not pretentious or snobby. We had a wonderful tasting experience and bought several wines from them. Beautiful grounds as well as indoor spaces. Would definitely recommend go back again! The reds are phenomenal and indicative of the time and care taken from making the wines to bottling. They are clearly all About letting the product speak for itself and not about being pretentious!
