I’m giving this place two stars because the owners attention deserves 5 stars, unfortunately the service we had today deserved 0. There couldn’t be less of a vibe here. We had visited several distilleries the day before and were looking forward to that fun atmosphere we experienced everywhere else. Unfortunately, we didn’t find it here. Whoever was there today, customer service isn’t their thing. We chugged our drink and left there in a hurry. We did reach out to the owner who responded very politely.

Stay away, stay far far away. This is the worst service I've ever received from a distillery or really any business. For example: They will not serve you water. Want to cleanse your palate between samples? Sorry, better have a bottle of water in your car. Want to share your sample of 150 proof absinthe with more than one friend? Not allowed. And the staff were just rude. I saw the other bad reviews on Google, but since management had responded with concern to them, I figured it was worth taking a chance. I was wrong, and you will be too, so just stay away.

Very fun and educational tasting! Connie took great care of our group. The chocolate liqueur + root beer cocktail was my favorite. Glad we stopped by in between wineries!

Visited with a group on a Saturday afternoon- called days in advance of our trip to make sure it was ok. The woman working was sharp and unkind and had no problem telling one of us "don't let the door hit ya where the dog shoulda bit ya!" (She mentioned multiple times where we could and could not throw up- maybe she was worried we would make a mess?) Definitely disappointed in our visit and it had little to do with the whiskey.

How this facility has a 4 star rating is completely beyond me …if there was a 00 to rate ..that’s what I’d give …we walked in as a party of 8 ,really looking forward to a great experience and some great drinks ….I never write reviews but ☝️I’ll never in my life forget the most horrible experience at this place ..we walked in to an empty place ( ok ..it’s a Sunday in November ,I didn’t expect a crowd ) ..only to be greeted w a list of at least four drink that were unavailable ( and this was before anyone even greeted us or waited for our entire party to walk through the door ) ..most miserable ,rude , bartenders ? Owners ? Workers ? ?♀️…my frustration Is on the two women working not the drinks,but the whiskey itself was not worth the money .. we felt like we were bothering them …..horrible attitudes …honestly one of the worst experiences of my life ..please !! Save your money and patrón a small business that appreciates your business and Is professional
