Veraisons at the Inn at Glenora Wine Cellars

I ordered salmon and rice and found hair in it. It was our 6th wedding anniversary and we were really looking forward to some great tasting food but was very disappointed with food and service. The waitress even offered a free anniversary dessert but instead of getting peach cobbler as it was one of the choices, we were given old cheese cake with cold peach cobbler topping on it. She insisted that it was peach cobbler and that it was one of the chefs' specials. I don't think they have chefs. One of the worst experiences at a restaurant! Would never recommend it! Would never go back!

Worst dinning experience ever. There was a group of loud mouth drunk patrons dropping F bombs and management did absolutely NOTHING! Said they were with a Corvette Car Club. I quite frankly don’t care who they a with. For the price you pay you should not be subjected to a bunch of drunks. Why they kept serving them alcohol is beyond me.

Beautiful views. Excellent food. Fast service. A definite must stop if you’re in the area. The restaurant has great lunch time handhelds like their pulled pork

We stopped by after the wine tasting to grab some food. We had chicken salad and chicken wings. I highly suggest this spot for food. 10/10

We sat out on the deck, which was lovely, however, the inner dining area looked like an outdated banquet hall. The bathrooms definitely need an upgrade.
I had the dry Sauvignon blanc…. It was “OK”.
On a positive note, my salad was delicious and my husband enjoyed his sandwich as well… the turkey pesto melt.

The place is beautiful, but the service is terrible, we waited more than 20 minutes for service at the table, the waitress served the neighboring table three times and simply ignored us, I will never go back

What a wonderful dinner! Our whole table enjoyed everything from the fresh catch, surf and turf, lobster ravioli, salmon and pork chop! The steamed clam special was also amazing! So are the desserts! Really had a very nice meal overall!

We had lunch at Veraisons before our wine tasting at Glenora. Food was good, server was excellent. We didn't get a room so cannot speak to that experience.

Awesome view of lake. Room was comfortable. The carpeting is very worn and stained. Plan to come back again. Hoping to get a suite next thing. The restaurant was delicious just wish the food was much hotter when served. It was not busy at all.

My husband and I had a lovely lunch at Glenora on a sunny, fall afternoon! Wonderful, friendly service and the food was unexpectedly delicious! It was cool, but we chose to sit on the deck to take in the incredible view. The staff was accommodating when we asked to start one of the patio heaters for us. We started with two glasses of sparkling - one blanc de blanc and one brut. We enjoyed both, they were very well-balanced. We then ordered the Squash Pumpkin soup and the Chicken Pot Pie. The soup was hearty, well-seasoned, and full of fall flavors. The pot pie came in a crock and was topped with a flaky, buttery crust, reminiscent of a french croissant. The pot pie filling was perfectly seasoned and had large pieces of chicken and potato (all tasted home-made - no can of cream of chicken soup in here!) The crock sat on a serving board and had a salad alongside - beautiful presentation! Overall, our experience was top-notch and can’t wait to go back and try more menu items!

Grain salad not as described in menu or by server. Just a few grains. Quite small. Portobello sandwich better. A bit disappointed. Very overpriced for what it was.

Anniversary dinner. All staff went out of way to make special. Food and staff beyond expectations. Would highly recommend. Excellent experience

The service was some of the worst I have experienced in a long time! 3 hours for a simple sandwich lunch is unacceptable. Food was okay for most of us. But the service was like torture
