I absolutely love going to Tim Hortons to get breakfast and coffee, however this morning I picked up breakfast to open it and it looked like this. I guess I was disturbed on how it looked when I opened it, almost like they rushed to put it together. I understand they need to get items out of the window in a timely manner but I don’t believe it should be handed out the window looking like this. I know they can do better.
The associate working the other morning was very nice and made our experience choosing 6 donuts great. She was very polite and engaging. I came in with 4 young boys and we enjoyed our donuts and welcoming. Too many Tim Hortons in my area of Ohio have workers who don't seem happy or putting in a lackluster effort while this one seemed to be on top of it.

Great options however they only have pork options so if you are allergic there is no substitute or replacement options at all. ?
